This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Logement très agréable, chaleureux et propre. Magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la Seine sur laquelle nous avons pu dîner et prendre le petit déjeuner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Très bon logement correspondant parfaitement à la description, bien situé avec beaucoup de recommandations sur les points d'intérêt autour de nous et les bonnes adresses.

Un parfait et très joli petit nid, avec une petite terrasse très agréable, au grand calme. Randonnées à la porte. Au centre du beau village de Milly la forêt. L'hôtesse est parfaitement aimable. Vraiment très bien !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Logement fidèle à la description, à proximité de la forêt de Fontainebleau et des commerces. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, et les prestations sont de qualité (literie, douche, appareils électroménager...). Merci à David pour l'accueil et les recommandations. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la jolie maison de Pierre! Le quartier est très calme, on entend chanter les oiseaux le matin. Le centre ville n’est pas loin. Nos deux petits enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le petit jardin clos. Pour nous, il a été particulièrement pratique de pouvoir faire une lessive. Pierre nous a accueilli chaleureusement, c’était un plaisir et nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour! Le weekend et le soir, il est possible de se parquer sur une grande place juste devant la maison ce qui est très pratique. Pendant les heures de travail la semaine, ces places sont souvent prises par l’entreprise située à côté et il faut se parquer en créneau dans la rue, parfois un peu plus loin.

Incredible place to stay, huge woodland garden, cuckoos singing, multiple bouldering options within 5min walk, and some caves with ancient markings to visit. Very friendly host : )

la maison est dans un lieu idyllique, en pleine forêt, très au calme. Le logement est très confortable, très bien équipé (notamment avec enfants). nombreuses activités autour. nous étions tristes de la quitter!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Freunden zum jährlichen Bouldern in Tonys Unterkunft und waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt 😊! Ein tolles Haus mit allerlei Specials und allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben sowohl im großen Aufenthaltsbereich, als auch auf dem schnuckeligen Balkon im Innenhof sowie der Gartenfläche viel Zeit verbracht und uns pudelwohl gefühlt! 😊 Die Kommunikation mit Tony lief super, Check-In und Check-Out waren einfach und unkompliziert! Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder 😊🙏

Perfekte Lage, Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants nur eine Gehminute entfernt; trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Appartement war sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und wollten nach Paris, dafür war die Lage gut geeignet. Anreise bis zur Peripherique ungefähr 45 Minuten, dann kann man das Auto abstellen und die U-Bahn nehmen. Alles war sehr sauber mit 3 Schlafzimmern und war genau wie auf den Bildern. Gut geeignet für bis zu 6 Personen, ob man eine Schlafcouch mag muss man selbst beurteilen. Für das Frühstück gibt es an Wochentagen einen Bäcker zu Fuß erreichbar, einen großeb Supermarkt sehr nah, ab 9:00 geöffnet. Wir würden das Appartment wieder buchen.

Always great to stay at DC's place. Have stayed there twice now over the past 2 years. Will be back again next year.

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.

j'ai passé un mois et demi dans le logement pour des raisons professionnelles. Tout était conforme à l'annonce, propre, agréable, si j'ai l'occasion de revenir dans le coin, je retournerai dans le logement avec plaisir.
