Family-friendly holiday rentals in Forest of Fontainebleau

We really loved our stay, and felt immediately at home - we were two families with three kids between us, aged 5, 2 and 1. The kids loved the toys and the garden was totally enclosed and safe for them to play in. We were visiting for a bouldering trip, and were able to get where we needed to go with the car - Petit Bois was 8 mins away, but nowhere was much more than 30 mins. We also loved having the local woods and park to keep the kids and a dog entertained on wetter days. Anne-Marie met us on arrival and was really welcoming, explaining what we needed to know, and responding to any questions that came up during our stay. Thank you!

Thank you, Sabrina and Serge. We had a wonderful time with our friends. There is plenty of space for children, we played tennis, had a barbecue and enjoyed the jacuzzi! A really pleasant country atmosphere! Sabrina and Serge are always available to answer all your questions :) I highly recommend them:)

My boyfriend and I were looking for accommodation close to Paris, but which was sufficiently cut off from Paris. Mike's accommodation was perfectly conducive to relaxation. It is faithful to the photos and above all it is more spacious than we imagine. I was skeptical about the apartment being a basement apartment and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment remains warm, well-lit, well-decorated and above all not humid compared to other basement apartments. Very clean with all the amenities!! High-tech equipment clearly makes a difference too. Mike remained very responsive and kind to us. I highly recommend it for a moment of disconnection and relaxation. Regarding the city, there are quite a few shops nearby and restaurants. Beautiful green space too.

Very nice place, very nice terrace, only small worries ... he spanked very hot in the rooms, and the proximity to the owners and another rental house on the same place. But the host is very nice and the place is beautiful!

We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. It is a small, charming, old house where there is something new to discover in every corner – playful, adventurous and at the same time very cozy. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a great weekend at Véronique and Georges's home. Very pleasant to live in, tastefully decorated... you immediately feel perfectly good there. We were also warmly welcomed; we will be back with great pleasure.

This stay was even better than we could’ve imagined! The house is so beautiful, comfortable and charming, Rozay-en-Brie is a magical place to visit with a local butchery and bakery within 1 minute of the house, and Ingrid is a helpful and welcoming host. ❤️ We couldn’t be happier with our vacation. We travelled by car and enjoyed parking on the property, and driving to nearby Provins was easy. We chose to drop some plans to spend more time in the house, just eating local baked goods and enjoying the pool.

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back 🙂

An ideal apartment for a group stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious, well furnished and you will certainly enjoy the balcony. The train station right next door and the shopping center opposite make this Airbnb a very good choice in every way! Validated for my part ✅

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group trip. We loved staying here and there was plenty of space for a group of 14 adults on a climbing holiday. Great location, walking distance from the forest and the bakery!! Thank you, we hope to return

Great stay and very friendly & responsive host.

Beautiful cottage in a top location. View of the Seine and close to a nice Italian restaurant. For was, the distance to go bouldering in Font was extremely important. Which is also a plus for this cottage! Even the two four-legged friends were enjoying themselves. There is no garden but that certainly does not bother given the location :D Enormously enjoyed and perhaps see you again!

Nice countryside, big garden so fun 4 kids with swings and trampoline, and easy to walk the dog into the nearby forest. Kitchen with different devices. Tip: the nearest train station is Buno Gironville for a daytrip to Paris. Communication with Frederic was easy via app and his mom was the host. Especially nice to be in spring or summer to enjoy the garden.

We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

We had a pleasant stay, the description of the accommodation is true to what we found. The house is particularly suitable for a family with kids. Always available and responsive, communication with Camille is very simple. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of the exteriors due to the weather and the pool was closed. We recommend it.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Beautiful house with character that deserves some repairs or upgrades. Located in a large, peaceful garden, it is equipped with a swimming pool, a little small but with minimal impact on the environment? The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

The perfect summer accommodation! The apartment is small, but very tastefully furnished and can top it all off with a fantastic garden including a pool. Due to the location on the outskirts, it is wonderfully quiet and green, but you can be in the center of the village in four minutes by car, where you can find everything you could hope for in French delicacies. Severine is an extraordinarily warm, dedicated and helpful hostess who manages to make you feel really welcome. In the event of problems or questions, she was immediately available with advice and action, without giving the feeling of being a burden. Thank you! We were very happy to be there and will be happy to come back!

Thank you for allowing us to meet in your wonderful home. The decoration, the furniture, and the atmosphere of the lighting in the evening, makes the place extremely charming. Each room was spacious and comfortable, decorated in a different theme. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, the pool is pleasant, not to mention the super quality tennis court and the bocce ball court. We had a blast. Everything was together for us to have an unforgettable moment. We're athletes, and we had everything at our fingertips, it's just crazy. Each of us was totally overwhelmed. The comfort, the different spaces of conviviality, the great kitchen, the decoration as a whole, and the simplicity of the explanations you left us, make it really top top top. Thanks

We spent the three beautiful days of the Pentecost weekend at Antoine's. The house has a lot of charm and is spacious. The enclosed garden is very pleasant on sunny days and the calm that reigns there allows you to fully enjoy the birdsong. The above-ground pool (safe for the little ones) allows children and adults to cool off in joy! Thank you Antoine for the responsiveness and advice. To be repeated soon.

If you want peace and quiet then this is the place. Lovley countryside all round. The cottage (converted barn) was delightful and super clean. Internet was a bit hit and miss but that should be an easy fix.
