Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Forest of Dean

We enjoyed our time in this hilly small village. We went and ate at the local pub. It is a hilly walk we drove. Super friendly people. It was a lovely spot to be to visit the Cotswold area.

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

Beech Barn was the perfect little escape for the weekend. I could only wish we had longer to explore the fantastic area. A very peaceful and lovely barn conversion in an ideal location to explore from the back door. We will definitely be heading back

I loved my stay here. Chris & Mark were fab - friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had about the local area etc. the place was spotless, super comfy and with lots of light and beautiful flowers around the garden and fluffy towels. Everything looked brand new and it had everything I needed. Thanks again 😊

Waterloo too has become one of my favourite places to visit. Beautiful surroundings with a very welcoming host who loves to show off her place and quite rightly so. There are lots of visitors to her bird feeders, your own private garden, although you are welcome to sit in Melissa's garden next to her pond and a few feet away from her orchard, where a mattress has thoughtfully been placed for any stargazer's to use. One of the best breakfast hamper I've encountered with fresh eggs from her friends chickens, local butter, small loaf, and small jars of jam etc. Cereal was also provided along with usual tea and coffee and coffee for the cafetiere as well and not forgetting the pint of milk as well. Will definitely be returning 🤗

It’s a beautiful house with a character. It is as nice to read the history of the place . House has been maintained well. Great for families. Would definitely visit again probably for few more days next time .

Wonderful cottage for our weekend away from London! Jon was friendly and very responsive, and and we loved Jon’s place - absolutely beautiful and supremely comfortable. Jon even supplied some drinks, sweets and milk/coffee for us to use! Definitely will consider again for future weekends away.

Penny’s apartment was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay and her warm welcome. We particularly appreciated all the things she left for us - milk, butter, eggs and delicious homemade bread and brownies ! Such a treat ! Thank you Penny - we will be back ! John, Susannah and Sasha

This property is in such a beautiful village, that we never wanted to leave! The space is bright and airy, w/everything needed to be comfy. There’s a binder w/everything you need to know, plus info about the 2 local pubs & dining options, etc. (Thurs. night at the Catherine Wheel is a MUST!). You won’t find anything remotely touristy in the village, which is why we loved it so, but it’s perfectly situated for easy drives to Bath, the Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm & The Farmer’s Dog (for Top Gear/Jeremy Clarkson fans), and so much more! Check out Soho Farmhouse in Chipping Norton for a truly fantastic outing! The Goat Shed has a double gate behind which you and your vehicle are safe and secure (although there’s no need for concern of that in Marshfield!). A grass lawn awaits your pet or children to play in, with zero risk of danger or escape. These 2 ladies from Canada and the U.S highly recommend a stay here (just bring a face cloth, as that was the only thing missing)!

Very comfortable flat in a great location - within walking distance of Whiteladies Road with lots of cafes and restaurants and frequent buses to other parts of the city.

Perfect location for those exploring Barry Island. Host were friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was fantastic. Room was exactly what we needed. Clean and tidy. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Garden was lovely for a coffee if a morning. We especially liked the free and included doggy cuddles. ❤️ The only downside was having to leave. This was a perfect place for a short stay, with wonderful views over the hills and a walk through beautiful meadows to nailsworth for lunch. The strawberries were a thoughtful touch and we loved the friendly welcome.

Lovely stay at this Airbnb, would recommend. Used as a base to visit friends. Peaceful neighbourhood and walkable to things of interest. Bed very comfy and Julian was a great host!

John was a wonderful host from the moment our booking was made, through to saying our goodbyes. He provided a warm welcome and easy instructions into the apartment and a welcoming stocked fridge. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and within walking distance of the town centre, everything you need for a mini break. Thank you!

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Justine and hubby.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jane Austen’s former home—charming, quirky, and full of character. The apartment is beautifully restored with a perfect mix of historic detail and modern comfort. From flagstone floors and Georgian panelling to surround sound and a rainfall shower, every space is thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the light-filled kitchen overlooking a rose-filled courtyard and the cozy, art-filled living spaces. The location is ideal, right across from the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens, and Maxwell was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and attentive. Sitting at the wooden desk, it was easy to channel your inner Austen, finding inspiration here. A peaceful, welcoming home that made us feel both transported and completely at ease.

Great location, just over Pulteney Bridge so nice and quiet at nighttime but very easy to walk over to the main attractions during the day. Lots of great restaurants etc. very close by too. The apartment itself is impressive! The scale is larger than the photos, all very spaced out with lots of room. The design is great and everything was spotless. The kitchen had amenities to be able to cook at home. Great window coverings to allow complete blockout at night, however also allowed through flow of air during the day. As advertised, it is upstairs, so something to note. We were made aware there were renovation works on the apartment upstairs, however they were all conducted in normal construction hours and we barely heard any noise. Overall, peaceful and so enjoyable, we would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We spent a weekend at Claire's and had a lovely time. The place is as described and a perfect location for a stroll into Broadway and for exploring the Cotswold's. Would highly recommend

We had the most wonderful stay with Mags. The house is stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful landscaped gardens. It was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The property itself is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept great and the shower is excellent! Lastly, Mags was the cherry on top. She was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, albeit we only stayed for one night. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - we hope we can find an excuse to come back again. Brava!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Bath. The accommodation was first class, immaculately clean and exactly as described and pictured in the advertisement. It was very well located between the Royal Crescent and the Circus. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and sights. Also, our host was very welcoming and very responsive to any queries we had. All in all a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.
