Holiday rentals in Ford County

Ashley is a fantastic host; responsive, proactive, and helpful! The house was as described, and had all the extras that I value: tissue, earplugs, luggage racks, extra remote batteries, etc. Each room had comfy furniture along with great novels and coffee table books, games and DVDs for all ages. We opened the fridge to find a wonderful charcuterie board. What a nice surprise! Ashley was very accommodating with our special requests. The house and location make for a relaxing getaway, and I hope to return in the future.

What a gorgeous property. We stayed here after an Illini game and it was perfect. Nearby town was cute with couple of restaurants to grab late evening meal. We would have loved to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Next time

We enjoyed our stay

We really needed a place near our growing up home where we were holding a family reunion for our mother who is 93. Hillary's BnB was just perfectly suited for us. She is a great host! Everything was as expected and we were able to enjoy a marvelous week right close to home! A very clean home with all that we could have needed!

We had a wonderful stay at the Daylily. The home is furnished with everything you need to cook great meals. I couldn't have asked for a better host, Anya is amazing. The home is an older home not something modern and luxurious but it's a home and its a great spot to stay and make memories. If I have more work near Paxton I will definitely try to stay at the Daylily again.

Spotless, beautiful and comfortable. I was blown away by the beauty of the grounds. The house was immaculate and quiet. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the area. Despite being located fairly far back off the main road, it still feels safe.

We had a great experience! This was our first time renting an Airbnb. The host was amazing, we might feel a bit spoiled by Kendi! We definitely would do this again in a heartbeat! We had 2 adults and 6 children (ages 15-6) and felt there was enough room for all of us! The house was so nice and beautiful! Nicely kept and plenty of things to do. There were games to play (darts, chess, checkers). They even had books to read with children. We are an old fashion kind of family and we play a lot of games and don’t watch much if any tv. There was one big tv and we watched it quite a bit at night. The tv had internet access so you could connect your tv of choice (Netflix, YouTube Tv, Amazon prime, Purflicks, so on). We didn’t need the gathering room, but it was beautiful! We stayed out of it other than to look out windows and walk through to the garage. This is definitely a must do for a big family or gathering!
