This place was Amazing for a quick trip to Sacramento! I loved the coffee shop that I walked to every morning during my stay and it was easy to get to my destinations since it was all in proximity so I didn’t have to burn gas as much ! Definitely keeping this place as my go to the next time I go to Sacramento! Host was great Place was spotlesss !

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Great Location. Walking distance to Old Town Sacramento, parks and restaurants. Great backyard. It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. This will be my go to place when we visit her.

Cool, cozy basement apartment, we found it a relaxing retreat. Loved the pinball machine, the best!

Gabi was very timely in response to questions. Great central location. Beautiful yard that will make you forget you are so near a more metropolitan surrounding city area as defined by raised in small towns foothills folks. The room temperature was also remarkably comfortable in the typical late spring/summer high heat periods former locals like us know far too well. No need to be an air conditioner master. If you favor your own pillows, bring them if not having them would make you cranky. Not a thumbs down for us though.

The home and lawn were absolutely beautiful! I am a small town country girl, this felt like I was sitting in my own quiet peaceful backyard!

My mother and I stayed at Evangeline’s place and I can’t say enough about this place beautifully decorated , the kitchen and rooms are a great size and the beds and pillows are top notch! My mother is older and likes it quiet and this place is on a street with no through traffic. Minutes from Target and Walmart all the fast food and sit down restaurants are all in close proximity to the property. And the host extremely responsive each room has its own heat/air unit not that it didn’t work but I just didn’t understand how to turn the air conditioning on in my space after reaching out to Evangeline for some help she sent not 1 but 2 different high quality room fans for my convenience. I highly recommend this property for your next Sacramento stay

This is our third time staying at this place. Cleaning and well furnished. Enough rooms and beds for 3 families. Nice backyard! We will definitely come back again if we are in town. Thanks for hosting us!

Great spot, very clean, spacious. the backyard is really private, no neighbors viewable from the backyard. Plenty of parking.

Ginger was great! Always responding in a very timely manner. She even brought something over when we needed something that couldn’t be found! It was the perfect place for my bridal party to stay the weekend of my wedding.

Great home to stay in the Citrus Heights area. We had a little trouble getting in but they were very responsive and helpful! Rooms stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house and there were no dish towels but other than that, the stay was great!

We had an amazing stay at Narine’s Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Narine was a thoughtful and attentive host and ensured a great experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend! Thank you, Narine!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!
