The studio is cozy and comfortable. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is full of life and movement, showing a more authentic side of the city. It's easy to get to the center of Paris. I'd go back.

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

The accommodation absolutely captivated us, it is beautiful in the photos, even more beautiful in real life. What surprised us was the terrace, which we did not expect at all according to the photos, and it was🤩. A tiny disadvantage is the creaking front door, when you hear the arrival of each tenant, but nothing that could not be solved and would significantly spoil our stay. The apartment is located on the main street, where you can hear the outside noise, but the shutters perfectly dampen the outside noise. There are several stops around the apartment, so transportation is not a problem :). In short, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, thank you :).

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

The apartment is very beautiful, well decorated and comfortable, it is even bigger than in the photos. It was very clean and equipped. The bed linens smelled nice. A large TV with Netflix. The area is very quiet, with markets and a train station nearby. Disney is very close, which made it possible to return late without any problems. Kilian was an excellent host, always friendly. I recommend it and would definitely return. 😃

Louis has a very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, it is spacious and offers the necessary for a pleasant stay in Paris. I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

They always responded quickly to our messages and even left products for breakfast. The place is quiet, with shopping centers, a library, a swimming pool, and many other amenities nearby. The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, in a good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite unforeseen circumstances on our part, I recommend it 100%.
