Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fontenay-aux-Roses

Very smooth email exchange, strict respect for the expected services, the very new accommodation was very clean, the linen available was more than sufficient and all the hygiene products available as well as coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, make life easier in the spacious apartment. Some shops nearby and a parking space in the very convenient parking lot. The prices are reasonable compared to a hotel of the same standard. We recommend without hesitation. Kind regards, Serge

We spent 6 nights in this apartment and felt very comfortable there. The host was always available and always answered our questions quickly and kindly. The apartment was clean and well equipped – small, but for us (two adults and two children) completely sufficient and very nice. The great environment is particularly noteworthy. There is a Lidl nearby, a very good bakery about a kilometer away, and the RAR-B-Bahn is only about 600 meters away - so everything you need is within walking distance. We can definitely recommend this place!

Nice little place. A bit far away from the city centre but accessible to the metro station line 7. Quite neighbourhood.

She was friendly and responsive. The apartment was as described.

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Extremely satisfied with the stay. Honestly, I felt so at home that I didn't want to leave. The place is very accessible to markets, transportation, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is very comfortable and with appropriate furniture. And most important of all, your hosts are always attentive and available to answer questions and in my case I asked them to suggest a restaurant and their recommendation was very good. Beautiful studio under the roof on the edge of Paris. The Métro is within walking distance. The flat is perfectly furnished. The steep staircase to the 4th floor can be managed with a little skill. Carole is very nice, the refrigerator was already stocked with water and watermelon. All in all, a great apartment for a stay in the French metropolis.

We had a great stay at Akrams place, he was very helpful and friendly, informed us every minute even till end of the checkout .

We spent two nights at Dorian's place. The apartment was clean and the host was always responsive to our questions. If we go back to Paris, we won't hesitate to rebook it

I really enjoyed the apartment. Mickael quickly resolved all the problems I reported to him. An excellent option for one or two travelers.

A great house for our group of friends. We had a bedroom each and the dining room and outside area were spacious. The two showers and two toilets were ideal. It’s only short walk to the local train station and there are a few decent shops nearby. Merci à Taous!

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Was an amazing few days there, as soon as we arrived they came and showed us how everything worked and had amazing English as we didn’t know much French. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet get away 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
