The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We had high expectations for Casali Di Charme based on the location and photos, and it delivered higher than any of us could have imagined! The rooms were beautiful, the farm and surrounds were beautiful, the pool was beautiful and the hosts were beautiful people. We also booked dinner at the restaurant, and it was the best food we’ve eaten in Europe. The breakfast that was included was more than we could eat, and we also ordered lunch to go, which was also amazing. I can’t rate this place more highly! Thank you to Federica and Agnese and all of the wonderful staff who made our visit memorable. We’ll be back for sure!

We have a wonderful stay in Orvieto! If you are looking for peaceful rejuvenation, this is your spot! The house is tastefully decorated and very well stocked. It has everything you need for cooking in and a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful art and it’s worth mentioning that the views from the upstairs bedroom are spectacular! We did not have a car and walked into Orvieto 3 of our days. It is a 15-20 minute walk that is mostly uphill. We didn’t mind the climb as long as we went during the cool part of the day. The property is beautiful and well tended to. We especially enjoyed lounging by the pool, listening to the birds and watching the chickens roam the orchard! What truly made the stay wonderful was the hosts! Pierluigi and Alessandra were incredibly kind and hospitable, going above and beyond in sharing information and caring for us. I look forward to returning to Orvieto and staying with them again.

One of the cutest Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! Beautiful inside and out - the view from the white table outside is incredible - it is absolutely bliss to look out on when you're having a morning coffee or evening wine! Sabrina was a wonderful host, who gave excellent directions to meet her and get to the apartment, and there was a lovely gift basket of snacks and wine, which was much appreciated after a long day of train and bus travel :) We would 100% recommend staying here if you're visiting Orvieto. Grazie mille Sabrina!

EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION AT THE GATES OF ORVIETO IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, STARTING POINT FOR VISITING ORVIETO AND MANY OTHER LOCATIONS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer. The accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The trees and the sun umbrella provide enough shade on the private terrace, even in hot August, so that you can relax wonderfully. Susanna and her husband were only present on the first evening, afterwards her son Federico. Nevertheless, Susamma gave us a delicious cake as a welcome gift on the morning of her departure. Federico was very kind, helpful and respectful and we had a lovely time drinking wine together. During the day we were alone at the property and enjoyed the wonderfully clean pool. The surrounding area is beautiful with its hilly vineyards. Orvieto is very easy to reach by car in 15 minutes and is definitely worth a visit too! A lovely old Italian town with a beautiful cathedral and nice restaurants. Susanna and Federico were great hosts, we would love to come back!

We loved the garden, so peaceful and beautiful area. We went for a few walks along the roads. Easy to reach many different tourist sites.

We stayed seven nights in the accommodation and felt comfortable. The communication was very good and Maurizio helpful and the reception warm (including cake). The house and the surroundings are very beautiful, you have a great view of the countryside and can take small hikes from the house. There are seating areas on the terrace, in the sun and in the shade of trees. Supermarkets and Orvieto are quickly accessible by car. Excursions to Bolsena and Civita di Bagnoregio, which can be reached within half an hour's drive, are recommended. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool because the weather was still too cool. We highly recommend this property.
