It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 2 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with oven+microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market at 90 m, the train station at 200 m, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
