Apartment holiday rentals in Font de Sa Cala

Clean apartment, as described and very well equipped. We had a pleasant stay with a very nice sea view and a cove 5 minutes' walk away with crystal clear waters in good weather.

Very nice apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. Perfect start in the day having a breakfast with ocean and promenade view. The flat was equipped as described and also the baby chair and baby bed had been provided for us. Rafel responded very fast to any of my messages. I can definitely recommend Rafel as host and the apartment to other travelers.

Marina was the most lovelies person and her apartments are extremely clean and well looked after. She goes above and beyond for her guests and was able to meet every need we had. She was extremely responsive and she arranged taxis for us to do activities while staying with her which was so much appreciated. The apartment is located in such a beautiful area with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat in. She provides lots of information about everything. The pool was perfect and clean and so lovely to be able to use. It is very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also allowed us to check in a bit earlier and ensured we had places to store luggage when waiting for our transfer to leave Majorca. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Spacious and clean apartment in the center. Quiet bedrooms. Unfortunately, no showers on the beach.

We had a great time in this apartment. It is just like in the photos and even better. The view is fantastic, at night is quiet, you have a very good sleep. Internet is really fast. You have very good restaurants near. Communication was excellent. We will search it again next time we come to Mallorca.

We wanted to find something near the beach, I don't think you can be any closer. The apartment has a direct view of the sea from the balcony. The area is quiet, and you can hardly hear the surrounding hotels. It is not a direct party stronghold, the complex consists only of apartments. You are still very central and have everything you need in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Juan is very fast and he is always available and helpful. We were very satisfied with the apartment and we lacked nothing. We would recommend this to anyone.

Great place, exactly like the pictures. Communication was very easy with the host, and they accommodated all of our requests. Location is perfect in a lively neighbourhood. The furniture is a bit dated but it didn't bother us. Overall a great stay!

Such a friendly host with lovely Spanish treats left for us, clean accommodation with everything needed for the stay The view is amazing and although you can hear the music till midnight the view and outdoor terrace make up for it such a great location to the beach for a swim or to restaurants and bars

A beautiful apartment with sea view and accordingly the beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is super clean and as described.

Really great apartment, very quiet neighborhood and only 5min walk to the beach. Host provided great instructions and was extremely helpful with anything we needed (they replaced a broken sun parasol in the backyard within a couple hours on the weekend). Only one negative thing to note: the beds are a bit outdated and squeaky

Kati is the kindest and most thoughtful host we've ever had the pleasure of staying with. We didn't meet her in person but from our very first interaction her warmth and joy in hosting shone through. I can't thank her enough for the kindness and support she showed when we couldn't make it to the airport 2-hours before flying due to a sudden illness. If there was an award for host of the year I would nominate Kati in a heartbeat. As for the apartment, again, Kati had thought of everything. From toiletries to beach towels, to a bathroom step and toilet seat for 3-year old and books and toys for her to play with. It was so equipped. She messaged a couple of days into our holiday to ask if there was anything we needed and she was responsive to our requests throughout our stay. Font de Sa Cala is beautiful, albeit a little more "resorty" than places we're used to staying. Perfect for a week in the sun but due to the storms we found ourselves driving further to entertain our little one.

The flat is centrally located in Capdepera. Through the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of the village, to the castle and you can even see the sea. Communication was excellent and I felt very comfortable from the beginning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Neil and Julie’s place and especially the little quaint town of Fornalutx! It’s truly a hidden gem! Highly recommend that you have a small car, the roads are very narrow like everyone says. People drive nuts too. Recommend you get the extra insurance too. Trust me. We were able to drive to many places and it’s a 10 min drive to Solier port where we went mostly. We rented a boat twice we loved it so much! A must do is to park at the port then take the train up into the town of Solier which drops you off in town where there’s shopping and lots of great food. Neil was a great host, we had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The building is about 300 yrs old, and has so much charm. It is one block off the main strip so you do have to walk up some stairs and a cobblestone hill to get to it but worth the exercise. We went to all of the restaurants and liked them all. There’s a little market too for fresh veggies, food and everything you need. Loved it!

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
