The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

2eme séjour à castel del monte. c'est toujours un émerveillement, les paysages sont somptueux. Le village est typique et magnifique. Le logement de fabrizio est une pépite, fidèle à la description, très propre, rien ne manque, très très bien équipé, produits, ustensiles, grille pain vaisselle, linges, télé, chauffé.... cette habitation est imprégnée d'histoire. ouvrir la fenêtre sur les paysages est un délice. nous reviendrons encore et encore...

Appartamento splendido,pulito e ottimamente fornito di tutto. La vista mozzafiato sulla vallata e il silenzio sono impagabili ! È una casa in campagna fresca di ristrutturazione con cucina su sala da pranzo con camino funzionante e TV. Ci sono ben 4 camere : 2 camere matrimoniali+ una ad uso studio e l'altra con divano letto matrimoniale e TV. C'è tanto spazio e privacy per tutti. La cucina è nuova, completa di pentole, piatti , bicchieri padelle ecc.. nuovi e di buona qualità. Moreno è un host perfetto. Ha superato tutte le migliori aspettative. Raccomandatissimo!

Die Wohnung von Michela und Massimo ist die schönste Unterkunft, in der wir je waren!! Ein Traum! Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, ein Mix aus Tradition und Moderne mit hochwertigen Möbeln und Materialien. Der Blick aus den Fenstern ist wie auf einer Postkarte. Der Poolbereich ist ebenso traumhaft! Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, reagierten schnell auf Nachrichten und auf Fragen/Wünsche. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen und Erledigungen (Einkauf, Wein, Olivenöl). Diese Unterkunft ist einzigartig und eine große Empfehlung!!

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

Soggiorno a dir poco fantastico, un posto incantevole dove potersi rilassare e bere dell’ottimo vino con un bellissimo panorama, per non parlare della magnifica piscina con vista. Appartamento come da descrizione, super attrezzato. Gli host sono sempre gentili e disponibili, Luca e Paola ti fanno sentire a casa, davvero preparati e appassionati in ciò che fanno, è grazie a persone come voi se si può gustare dell’ ottimo vino! Vi ringraziamo per i bellissimi giorni passati da voi!! Torneremo a trovarvi presto

We stayed as a group of 16 and had an unforgettable time! The house is truly incredible, set in a stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views of over 17 towns. It’s even more beautiful than in the photos, and the pool was a real highlight. The property matched the description perfectly and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped for large groups, which made cooking together a pleasure. Finally, our host was exceptionally kind and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back!

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

My family and I traveled from Knoxville, TN to Sant'Omero to visit relatives! We were absolutely blown away by this Air B&B. Not only was the home extremely clean with amenities including full bathrooms, kitchen, pool, but also the views were incredible. We were greeted at the front door and given a tour of the home. The host was responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a host. We had a wonderful time and will remember this trip forever! I hope to visit again and stay here!! This was easily our most enjoyable experience with Air B&B.

Siamo stati il ponte del 2 giugno. Posizione tranquilla, vicino alla spiaggia. L’area intorno è molto curata. E’ persino un piacere passeggiare. L’appartamento offre uno spazio all aperto molto carino e attrezzato. Barbecue, ombrellone, tavoli, divano, panchine e persino fornelli e frigo. Piacevole sorpresa. Spero di tornarci. Devo menzionare che l host e’ stato molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie!

Jennifer è un host attenta ai particolari, una persona eccezionale con un gusto marcato, la casa era impeccabile, attenta nell’ arredamento che si sposa bene con la storia della casa. Insomma tutto super, dalla pulizia alla posizione, struttura consigliata al 100%, sicuramente torneremo 😍

Ideaal verblijf voor mensen die houden van rust, stilte en natuur. Privacy is helemaal gegarandeerd. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn vriendelijke en correcte mensen. De prijs komt overeen met wat je krijgt. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Mijn vrouw en ik hadden het hier erg naar onze zin. Nogmaals dank aan de familie Blaas.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione comoda, Lorenzo e Adriana sono persone splendide . La casa è pulita e ben fornita con anche la possibilità di fare il barbecue. Ci torniamo!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. La cucina è perfetta, con tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare comodamente. È stato davvero piacevole trovare prodotti essenziali come sale, olio, zucchero e spezie, che hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non dover pensare a comprare tutto il necessario per cucinare è stato un vero plus. La posizione è ideale, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort e praticità!

el apartamento es mucho más bonito en persona, en fotos no se puede apreciar en su totalidad. Todo estaba impecable y funcionaba muy bien. El apartamento cuenta con secador de cabello. La cama es muy cómoda. La ubicación excelente, a una cuadra del mar. El único inconveniente fue que no funcionaba el WiFi, aunque eso no impidió que lo pasemos genial! Giorgio y Domenico fueron muy amables desde el inicio. Muchas gracias por todo!
