The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

Beautiful apartment,clean and well equipped with everything. Breathtaking views of the valley and silence are priceless ! It's a freshly renovated country house with a kitchen on the dining room with a working fireplace and a TV. There are 4 bedrooms : 2 double bedrooms+ one for study and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with pots, plates , pans glasses, etc., new and good quality. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

Michela and Massimo's apartment is the most beautiful place we have ever been to!! A dream! The apartment is very tastefully furnished, a mix of tradition and modernity with high-quality furniture and materials. The view from the windows is like a postcard. The pool area is also fantastic! The two hosts are very friendly, responded quickly to messages and to questions/requests. They gave us many tips for activities and errands (shopping, wine, olive oil). This place is unique and highly recommended!!

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Apartment as described, super equipped. The hosts are always kind and helpful, Luca and Paola make you feel at home, really prepared and passionate about what they do, it's thanks to people like you if you can enjoy great wine! We stayed as a group of 16 and had an unforgettable time! The house is truly incredible, set in a stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views of over 17 towns. It’s even more beautiful than in the photos, and the pool was a real highlight. The property matched the description perfectly and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped for large groups, which made cooking together a pleasure. Finally, our host was exceptionally kind and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back!

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

My family and I traveled from Knoxville, TN to Sant'Omero to visit relatives! We were absolutely blown away by this Air B&B. Not only was the home extremely clean with amenities including full bathrooms, kitchen, pool, but also the views were incredible. We were greeted at the front door and given a tour of the home. The host was responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a host. We had a wonderful time and will remember this trip forever! I hope to visit again and stay here!! This was easily our most enjoyable experience with Air B&B.

We were the bridge on June 2. Quiet location, close to the beach. The surrounding area is very well maintained. It's even a pleasure to walk. The apartment offers a very nice and well-equipped outdoor space. Barbecue, umbrella, tables, sofa, benches and even stove and fridge. Pleasant surprise. I hope to return. I have to mention that the host was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

We enjoyed walking around the historic center and shopping in local shops. Beautiful views from the apartment with a fantastic balcony for breakfast and a glass of wine.

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!

the apartment is much nicer in person, in photos it can not be appreciated in its entirety. Everything was spotless and worked very well. The apartment has a hair dryer. The bed is very comfortable. The great location, one block from the sea. The only downside was that the WiFi didn't work, although that didn't stop us from having a great time! Giorgio and Domenico were very friendly from the start. Thank you very much for everything!
