Beachfront holiday rentals in Flynns Beach

We had such a great stay with our family! It more spacious than anticipated. It is well located to the beach / town but also very quiet and private. It was very peaceful sitting in the spa and seeing all the beautiful stars. Our kids especially loved kayaking in to the main beach. It very easy to walk or bike ride. We would definitely stay again !

One of the best locations of a BnB that I have ever stayed at. Helen's place was super comfortable and her communication was prompt and friendly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would love to come back in the summer time to take advantage of this beautiful waterfront location, but even in the winter, this stay was great! I have no hesitation in recemmending this place, we loved it!

Our stay at Tallowood cottage was lovely. The cottage was better than pictured. The bed in the main bedroom was probably the best bed we have slept in for an Airbnb. The house was roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately we stayed during an East Coast low and the backyard turned into a swimming pool so it was difficult for our dog to use. We just used the front yard instead. So great to have a dog friendly comfortable property so close to a dog beach. Susan and her team were extremely responsive to our communications and let us extend our stay until the road home had reopened after the floods a bit further south. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Karen's Arakoon place is in a quiet street , close to lots of walks and ideal for a visit to Trial Bay Gaol. Only a short drive or walk to South West Rocks. The house is tidy, spacious, thoughtfully furnished and spotlessly clean. To sum it up : just perfect. Thank you Karen for memorable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering great recommendations for local spots and checking in to make sure all was well. The property itself was stunning! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The space was both cosy and stylish, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host and a lovely property. Will definitely return!

It was a clean fenced property, brought my 3 yr old covoodle puppy for his very 1st getaway. he loved the front yard to play. Wish there was outdoor chairs or bench to sit n enjoy the front yard. There is a beautiful small BBQ area at the back but felt really warm to sit there. also recommend a quieter ac unit for the rooms. enjoyed the free games/cards n kitchen necessities . will recommend.

Brian’s place is absolutely gorgeous and equipped with everything you need for a perfect get away! The location is quiet and right by the water, very peaceful and yet within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended you treat yourself to a holiday at Brian’s!

We had a wonderful mini-holiday at Piccola Positano, despite the weather not being great. We found Tom and Liz's place even nicer than in the photos, which is rare, and absolutely loved listening to the sound of the ocean from the front porch. So relaxing! The place was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfy, the pool was huge and the garden was lovely. Sunset there was beautiful. The beach is just a very short stroll down the front yard but if you don't want to have to go through the prickly grass, you can drive there in about 30 seconds (or walk along the street and be there in a few minutes). The cafe Tom and Liz recommended was delicious, and again just a short drive or walk away. The local pub also served good food. Taree and Forster are about a 30 minute drive. We highly recommend!!

Loved staying here - plenty of space in the apartment to accomodate our family with big comfy couches and outdoor furniture plus a large dining setting. The greenery opposite the balcony was devine and the air con worked well. The pool looked great but the weather wasn’t warm enough for a dip. Parking onsite and a great little pub next door with great meals and live music. Would stay again - thanks for having us.

The cabin was the perfect escape. It was cosy, aesthetic, and more than well equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true getaway. Access was easy, with a short walk through the gates to a private, tucked-away space. The cabin was just the right size and felt calm, warm, and inviting. Privacy was respected completely, and the whole place had a peaceful charm that made it easy to relax. Every detail inside had been thoughtfully considered, which made the stay feel special and effortless. The local area is beautiful. There is so much to explore nearby, from beaches to walking tracks and historic sites. We found that around three nights and four days was the ideal amount of time to enjoy the Southwest Rocks area. Most importantly, the host was incredibly lovely, and the cabin really reflects their kindness and care.

We had a lovely stay, amazing views of lighthouse beach and all the amenities you could need. The kids loved all the toys and games plus the pool! If we head back to Port Mac we would love to stay here again!

This house was truly awesome! We stayed for a work trip and it was the most peaceful place to come back to after our long work days. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy it more! The views surrounding the property are unlike most I’ve ever seen. If you’re into cooking, the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen!! Perfect house for our family visit. The location was great with The Flow Bar 500m away, direct beach access and fantastic Thai at Naga Thai. The house was well equipped and well layed out.

I think this will be the place I stay every time I visit Port Macquarie. Eliza’s place felt like my own little apartment on the beach, and was a wonderful getaway from the country. I found a few favourite restaurants and beaches that were in short walking distance. The property was clean, comfortable, and smelled amazing. Thank you Eliza!

Great location a stones throw from Flynn’s beach and easy to get into town. Used this as a base for the Ironman Australia event and would highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Julie’s place. She is a great host and very easy to communicate with. The location was also fantastic! There are so many amazing beaches and walks within close proximity.

Brad is an awesome host. His place was very nice for our staycation at Diamond beach. He was very approachable and communicative at all times. He also informed us about the situation of the beach and surrounding areas due to recent weather conditions so we can plan accordingly. Would definitely recommend his place.

Eddy's place at Manning Point is a great spot, 5 minutes walk to either the river or the beach. I am a keen fisherman, and we had a feed of flathead and bream every lunch. I even caught a monster 80cm flathead! The 3-bedroom apartment was perfect for us, and hopefully we will be back.
