The Farmhouse on S. 5th (Family-Business-Hunters)

The Farmhouse at 169 South 5th, is located in historic McConnelsville, Ohio. Located just two blocks from downtown, & just across from the Cornerstone South church, & overlooking the Muskingum River. This Farmhouse was completely restored to its current charm in the spring of 2017. You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! McConnelsville is known for its rich history, & is home to the famous Twin City Opera House, among many other interesting landmarks.

Our pet-welcoming farmhouse is on a large hill surrounded by a river & state forest with a private lake for fishing & boating. It's in a rural, secluded location and perfect for a tranquil get-away or stargazing due to a unique dark sky location. Our 3BR 2ba retreat lies above the river rapids. Listen to birds, watch magical sunsets, enjoy a campfire and beautifully Wild WV mountain views. All included: lake, kayaks, limited fishing tackle & pet fees. Waiver required for in-water activities.

The Victorian

The Victorian is a large roomy house that is big enough for you and your loved ones. There is plenty of room to host groups of 18 or more guests at a time. Located 7 minutes off of I70 in the village of Barnesville which is nestled among the rolling hills of eastern Ohio. There is a heated pool that is available for your use during the summer months! Official pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. We can often times be open earlier and later than that but can’t guarantee it.

Our 2 bedroom country cottage has everything you'll need to get away for a weekend or a week of vacation. all you'll need is to pack a bag and stop for food and enjoy your stay! If your looking for fun on the lake like fishing, swimming, hiking or hunting or just a quiet place to relax and read or watch 1 of the many movies we provide. It is less then a 1/2 mile from Seneca lake and a short drive to the marina and the beach area.

Wildwood Cottage, Hot Tub, Pets

Secluded cottages each with their own private hot tub, fireplace, charcoal grill, covered porch, and outside burning fire pit. Each cottage is nestled in a wooded, private setting. Located less than ¾ miles to Salt Fork Lake which has 3,000 acres of the most visited lake in Ohio and 22,000 acres of surrounding land for year around activities. Enjoy the outdoors playing golf, boating, fishing, hunting and hiking.

Hawk Ridge Retreat - Athens County Getaway

A world away from stress and noise, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is tucked at the end of a country road and is freshly renovated stem to stern. Quiet country setting gets you away from city life, but you're just a short drive from Ohio University, Bailey's Trail System, and Hocking Hills.
