It has an area of 40 sq m that extends on a single level consisting of living room with dining area, kitchen complete with crockery oven and stovetop , double bed, two closets, a double sofa bed, bathroom with large walk-in shower . It comfortably accommodates four people. The private veranda is equipped with a comfy table and umbrella... Great location on a typical square in the historic center that offers a quiet and particularly sunny atmosphere, a stone's throw from the market and the Temple of Apollo. In a few minutes walk you can reach the main streets of shops, restaurants and solariums. To make your stay as pleasant as possible you will find at your disposal a bathroom courtesy kit and one for the kitchen,linen, bath towels. Beach towels for rent for an additional fee. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating, toaster, toaster, electric kettle, TV, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, hair dryer. For children, a camping cot complete with a mattress and linen, a sterilizer and a bottle warmer, a bathtub and a high chair. Children's kit has an extra fee. the style of the house is the typical vintage sicilian ; the house was heritage of my grandmother and after my family and i loved the idea to use her furniture fixed and renovated to give a new life to so many items almost abandoned in the garage. so i worked hardly to renovate the structure according with new standards and finally i did it. i hope during your stay you will enjoy the home feeling i tried to keep in the house and the sicilian DNA that belongs to the house.

Il Nido, a romantic mini-house

The beautiful setting of this romantic place surrounded by nature will leave you speechless. Tiny house on two levels. The upper floor has a maximum height of 1.73 m and a minimum of 1.20 m. It is accessed from a steep ladder, so it is not recommended that you have mobility issues. The pool mentioned in the photo is not exclusive to the studio, but shared with another studio of the property and will also be available from May 15 to October 15.
