Patricia’s home is beautiful and nicely located. The outdoor patio, pool, and grill area were exceptional. This was a perfect place for our family gathering with four adults and two children. A casa alem de bem localizada é muito espaçosa e todos os ambientes são muito bem equipados, a piscina aquecida fica em uma temperatura excelente e conseguimos usar todos os dias mesmo com o frio da cidade.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Se nos canceló el Buquebus, por lo que reservé y le escribí cerca de las 15hs. La casa ya estaba lista, y para las 17:30hs ya nos estaba esperando para recibirnos, un verdadero crack. La casa es excelente. El barrio es precioso pero la casa está en la mejor cuadra para mi gusto. Por dentro es una casa excepcional. Tres plantas de amplia habitaciones, techos altos y equipada al extremo detalle y con un gusto impecable. Nos sentimos como en nuestra casa pero con un lujo increíble. Recomiendo 100%.

Nicolás siempre fue atento en los mensajes. Enseguida coordinamos el check in. Respondía rápidamente y fue muy cordial. Nos recibió con unos detalles de atención. El departamento tal cual la descripción y las fotos. Tenía calefacción, lo que hacía que fuera muy acogedor (fuimos días con frío). Ideal para ir si tenes algún evento en River, estábamos re cerquita, fuimos y vinimos caminando sin problema. Sin dudas volveríamos otra vez!

Nos encantó, estuvimos muy cómodos, no pasamos frío, los extras del baño, como jabones, shampoo y acondicionador y secador fue un plus que no esperaba, y es muy práctico. El edificio en sí muy tranquilo, y de fácil acceso, encontramos por la zona siempre estacionamiento. Volveremos para próximas visitas a Buenos Aires

My stay at this Airbnb in Palermo was simply perfect. The apartment truly offers the best view of the city – absolutely breathtaking! Every morning I woke up to the sunrise lighting up Palermo, and at night, the city sparkled right before my eyes. The balcony is the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine and soak in the unique scenery. Beyond the spectacular view, the apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The host was extremely attentive and always available with helpful tips and local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Palermo. I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time.
