Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Floresta

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The situation of this apartment couldn’t be better. It is perfectly placed between beach and town - (a lot of steps to each so be prepared) The view was spectacular from both the apartment and then even better from the pool area. The apartment had everything we could need and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I loved that they encourage guests to leave helpful items like suncream, snorkelling gear and beach shoes for each other to save on waste and pennies. We would love to return!

Bel appartement. Emplacement idéal dans le centre de Catane. Vraiment au top ! Par rapport aux autres commentaires, nous n’avons pas eu d’attentions (petit déjeuner) et le papier toilette a été oublié… Des boissons disponibles dans le frigo mais à payer (???). Une forte odeur d’humidité et beaucoup de petites mouches un peu partout… En revanche, l’appartement est soigneusement décoré, agréable à vivre de manière générale. Climatisation disponible et fonctionnelle. Le lit est plutôt confortable. Je recommande malgré quelques petits inconvénients qui n’ont pas été trop dérangeants.

L’ alloggio rispecchiava le ottime recensioni, la zona è tranquilla e a pochi minuti di distanza da aci trezza. La cada è molto pulita e fornita di tutti i servizi essenziali. Gregorio è stato disponibile e cordiale. Consigliato!

Mister Pippo si preoccupa dei suoi ospiti che è straordinario. È venuto lui di sera tardi a prendermi dalla stazione e mi ha anche riempito il frigo per la colazione. Nell'appartamento si trova tutto. Grazie mille Mister Pippo!

The Residence Terra Rossa is a beautiful hotel on a hill in Taormina. Without a car it is quite a journey to go down from the city center / bus station because there are a lot of stairs and also to go up from the beach but it was worth it because the view is amazing, we could see Isola Bella from the garden which is also very nice, we spent a lot of time there. The pool is great, the garden has many hidden gems like benches, cactuses, fountains. Everything was very idilly, calm and vibrant. The apartment itself was clean and modern, we loved the balcony. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. The bus station is around 15 minutes up, the beach is the same but down on the stairs. Also there is no shops near the hotel so we had to carry down the goods from Coop.

Es war eine zweckmäßige und saubere Unterkunft für eine Nacht auf der Trekkingtour. Salvatore war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, er spricht gut deutsch, so dass die Kommunikation für uns sehr einfach war. Vielen Dank!!

It was a fantastic stay in Royal Etna apt. A room with a large terrace with an amazing view on the city and sea. It was fully equipped, and everything is like on the photos. We were very surprised when we saw a full fridge of food for our breakfasts - eggs, cheese, sausages, cakes and ecc. We enjoyed staying here and we want to thank all people who work there, you make your work properly!!!

Alloggio consigliato assolutamente! Pulito e in ordine. Comodo sotto ogni aspetto. Sempre disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Davvero ottimo

It was amazing place to stay over 2 months. There service is not as same as other Airbnb,The 5 stars hotel service with it. Whenever we need, they cleaning the room and they fill up the coffee capsule. Also, they have every equipment that I needs so I can freely cook like pasta, steak, pancake etc. Furthermore, they do have washer and dryer so it gave us +100 point out of 100! 👍 You can see the ocean via balcony and it is so beautiful, especially early in the morning, so calm and peaceful. If you looking for the place for relaxing with good service and clean this is it what you need for. I am strongly recommend stay as much as you can. If we have to say at least one thing we weren’t satisfied part.. then.. hmmm….. they do party (?) sometime at the first floor but it was like 3 times while we were there so it wasn’t issue for us, but for you it can be issue and the upstairs walking sound can be heard. BUT! if you talk to Ollen apartment manager, they will do their best to figure it out for you! One of the best decision in my whole two months trip was staying Ollen apartment. Hope you also can enjoy as much as we were :) P.S location also perfect. Near park, cafe, walk by 10~20 reach to edge of city, by car it only 10~15 to main city! And always with great ocean view. And the last! I’ve worried about this apartment because none review when I was reserve, but you can believe this because they are really professional and good system with!

Stay here for the view and you won’t regret it. Private, beautiful, spacious. Comes with good coffee! Easy communication and good recommendations! 100% would stay again!

Fantastisch verblijf! Een kwartiertje wandelen naar het centrum, ideaal! Het appartement is heel netjes, met een prachtig uitzicht & heerlijke hottub.

Pietro a été un hôte sympathique, attentionné, disponible et arrangeant, notamment pour nous aider à trouver une place pour notre voiture. Il nous a conseillé un délicieux restaurant de poisson où nous avons très bien mangé et nous avons eu le plaisir de goûter aux vins que produit sa famille. Le quartier est très vivant et central et le palazzo Scammacca magnifique, rénové avec goût, de même que la chambre par ailleurs très propre. J'espère y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour à Catane.

Highly Recommend. Perfect location, everywhere in Taormina is either up or downhill, the villa is perfectly located about 1/3 up the hillside from Isola Bella Beach to the main town. You can either walk down the hill and get the cable car up to the main town or it's around a 20 - 25 minute walk up the long steps from the villa, with plenty of spots for a rest / photo opportunities along the way. Great free parking nearby, which was very handy. Flexible check in, we arrived in the early hours and were able to arrange an out-of-hours check in with very clear instructions. The pool is fantastic and such a lovely area to relax in. The villa has a wonderful view through the large windows and the private balcony is the perfect place to have breakfast or simply enjoy a glass of wine. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

The room was clean, stylish, and offered a beautiful view of Mount Etna. The location was peaceful, with secure parking available, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming—making for an overall pleasant experience. The only downside was a bit of misleading information: the listing advertised free parking, but we were charged €8 per day. Would definitely come back though <3
