I stayed 35 days, a highly recommended apartment for long stays, good location, safe and quiet and well connected to tourist centers. Wifi works great Gianfranco was very kind and decisive in everything that was asked of him. I'll definitely buy it again.

happy with the stay! the loft is very comfortable and complete with everything we need to cover daily life, cook, wash clothes, rest, enjoy the divine garden that Emilia takes care of with a lot of love, I enjoyed seeing my pet "Octavio" as I take advantage of the super motivated space with everything. We don't want to go!!! we'll be back

The apartment is great, it matches the pictures ! It is spacious with one separate bedroom and a very comfortable large bed. The balcony is a nice addition, where you can enjoy the sun without the noise of the street as it's on the 8th floor. We really enjoyed the location, as it's close to a pretty little park as well as everything you need (butcher, supermarket, vegetables stores, gym, coffee shops, etc.) Romi has been a super host for us, from a very flexible check-in to a very flexible check-out through an excellent communication all during our stay! We also were lucky to meet Marita, the cleaning lady. She is a very kind and caring person. Thank you both for making us feel at home during our stay!

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

Excellent location and convenience of the apartment

I spent 7 days at Andres' apartment and everything worked perfectly. I would like to highlight the spacious balcony/terrace, great for enjoying good times, especially from the end of the day. I recommend this accommodation option in Buenos Aires to everyone.

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

The apartment is really beautiful, better than in the photos, very spacious, bright and warm. The location is really spectacular, with many services nearby. It was winter and the central heating worked perfectly. They have everything you need to feel at home. Diego was attentive at all times and we lacked nothing. Highly recommended for spending several days, we will return every time we travel to Buenos Aires.

The location was excellent, both close to good places and easy to get to others. Easy access to the AEP airport and the streets seemed safe even at night. The apartment is very well preserved, as well as being very cozy and welcoming. The host responded very quickly and promptly resolved a situation with the apartment. I definitely intend to return to the same place when I'm in Buenos Aires. Thank you!!!
