The apartment offers a full kitchen with a washer and dryer machine, that is very convenient if you are staying for several days in the area. The location is wonderful, easy drive from and to Heredia downtown/university area.

Easy & flexible check in, apartment was exactly as described and spotless clean. Clear instructions prior to arrival and also within the unit were very helpful. There was an issue with the AC unit leaking toward the end of the trip and Dalenny completely understood, she was also proactive in communication across my stay. Location is convenient lots of restaurants near by as well as a market below the condo building made getting some grocery staples a breeze. Highly recommended & would definitely stay with her again!

Everything was as described. I was very comfortable, and the location was fantastic. I felt very secure as well. All in all, I had a very nice stay.

good for short stay close to airport, ample space, kitchen is well equipped. Beds are decent. good desk and and internet for remote working. Good parking. safe, secure, quite at the end of a dead end street. will stay here again.

Un lugar muy recomendable y cómodo para una persona sola. El entorno es agradable y muy cercano a la Universidad Nacional, a la que se puede acceder a pie en pocos minutos. En algunos momentos del día, llegan ruidos molestos del tráfico cercano. Por lo demás, tuve una estancia agradable y Andrea respondió amablemente todas mis consultas.

O apartamento é excelente - muito bem equipado, com tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia confortável. A vista da varanda é linda e torna o ambiente ainda mais especial. O prédio conta com comodidades incríveis, como academia bem equipada e uma piscina ótima para relaxar. Os anfitriões foram super atenciosos e sempre rápidos nas respostas, o que fez toda a diferença. A localização também é ótima, com restaurantes, mercados e parques bem próximos. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltaria!

My time in Costa Rica was great but what made it the best experience was my Airbnb with Leidy she was absolutely amazing the entire way and very helpful and communicative. I can’t wait to stay at her property again. Definitely worth it. The place was beautiful and clean and it made me forget all about my own home 😂

Excelente alojamiento, muy limpio y bien distribuido. La ubicación es perfecta, lo único feo es el ruido que hace el tren al pasar en todos sus horarios. Cabe mencionar que el estacionamiento es muy angosto por lo que se debe tener mucho cuidado para ingresar el vehículo en el ascensor. De resto todo bien! 👍🏼

Andrey is a great host and communicator. Getting in and settled was super easy. We loved the privacy, security and grounds. Safe and gated parking - YAY! The apartment was SUPER CLEAN and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of room to spread out and the AC worked great in the bedroom. Down-type pillows were a nice plus. I'm just sad we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the jacuzzi! I can tell that this family manages the property with LOVE.
