The beachside cabin offers stunning ocean views and easy beach access. The accommodations are clean, cozy, and tastefully simple. Included all essential kitchen amenities, a gas fireplace, a relaxing hot tub, and a spacious deck. Highly recommmend.

Such a great location and stay experience. It was so peaceful. Had everything you could possibly want and need, from blankets to horseshoes. The house has a cool story, and a one of a kind location. We brought our dog and we're appreciative of the fully fenced yard and dog amenities, like treats and a leash. We will be back!

What a beautiful place inside and out. The listing was identical to the pictures. Beach access couldn’t be closer and you have an amazing view of the coastline. The place was immaculate and how so many amenities included that made our stay very homie and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. 5 stars, 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!

The spot is insane. Amazing views right on the beach. Jacuzzi sunsets sessions, Long Beach walks with nobody in sight. Cooked dinner a couple nights, everything we needed in the kitchen, clean bedrooms, comfy couch. Highly recommend!

Sharon’s cottage is a true hidden gem. Nestled in a beautifully secluded spot, it’s the perfect retreat if you’re looking to escape the noise and reconnect with nature. The photos simply don’t do it justice; the cottage is more peaceful in person than they can possibly capture. One of the things I appreciated most was the absence of Wi-Fi and limited cell service—it gave me the chance to truly unplug and unwind. There is a TV with a small collection of DVDs, which was a lovely touch for a quiet evening in (I'd recommend bringing your own favorites if you have any). The cabin is also dog-friendly, which made it even more special. If you’re a fan of solitude & quiet mornings this place is a dream. All in all, this cottage is a perfect little sanctuary. Thank you, Sharon, for creating such a special space.

There are 56 stairs from the house to the boathouse and every single one of them is worth it. Lynda’s boat house is amazing, it’s fun for sunny or rainy days, if you’re not sure of the weather while visiting 10 mile then this place is perfect because you can still be in the lake and have that experience from the indoors too. So fun for kids. The water on 10mile is not great from the pipes, not just at Lynda’s, we stay 10 mile a lot and this is just something about it, had a sulfur smell and taste. Lynda had good clean water there for us. Beds are not great, I heard from my friend that the bed in the guest house was good though. The two in the main house were difficult, I’m 36, I can do it but I also feel it. There is not shampoo or any of those types of amenities, there was a big bag of sample condition though, so be prepared to back your own cosmetics. She has a good amount of towels which is a necessity and was appreciated. The view was great,

Chad is an excellent, welcoming host. The house is even more beautiful and intriguing than picture. The decorations are imaginative, spunky and full of surprises. The location is ideal, central to a vibrant community yet tucked away from traffic. The beach is very close and splendid. We will look to stay there again.

LOVED this little cabin. It was such a sweet space, with beautiful landscaping, and a homey feel. the beach access was incredible. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Spectacular view from the picture window overlooking the coast. Cold, windy day, but could view from inside. close to Beverly Beach and Yaquina Lighthouse. We used the furnished BBQ for burgers with salad.

The hosts provided clear, thorough, and proactive information, making the entire stay seamless and stress-free. A truly unforgettable retreat.

We had a wonderful stay in Newport! The home was full of charm and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the bayfront, where we could hear the sea lions. The large windows facing the bay made the space feel open and peaceful, and we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. We’d definitely stay here again!

We booked last minute for a weekend beach getaway on one of my favorite parts of the Oregon coast. It was easy to get to while tucked away from busier beach neighborhoods. We couldn't have found a more beautiful spot! It was an absolute treat staying right above the beach, listening to the waves. The space is very private, comfortable, clean, and very well furnished. We took beach walks right out the back door, spent a day going tide pooling and exploring Cape Perpetua nearby, and otherwise stayed cozied up on the couch and taking advantage of the well supplied kitchen to cook meals. We will definitely keep this beach cottage in mind for future trips!

Das Strandhaus lag perfekt am Strand von Newport und hatte alles, was unsere Reisetruppe sich hätte wünschen können. Sauber, gute Ausstattung mit tollem kleinem Garten, in dem prima ein abendliches Feuer entfacht werden kann! April war gut zu erreichen und die Kommunikation schnell und einfach. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

The cottage was as described. The beds were comfortable and the instructions were easy to follow for the WiFi and TV. We had a major plumbing issue the second day we were there and Mark had it taken care of the following day. It was a very peaceful area and lots of areas to walk and an easy walk to the Ocean as well as many places nearby to access the beach. We all enjoyed the stay thoroughly especially since the weather was beautiful.

Julie was very helpful and accommodating throughout. This is an easy Yachats village stay with a short walk to the store, restaurants, and beach.

Our family LOVED our stay and will be back again when we come through town! The appliances were modern, everything was clean and welcoming, and we felt safe and comfortable. Close to food, shops, and quick drive to Newport, with a quiet, small town woody vibe. Very cool layout, and plenty of room for a family of 5! We especially loved the themed rooms and decor. Easy check in, and very helpful and kind property manager who happened to be on site checking on things after a big storm. We will be back, thank you!

This is our second stay at Chad’s cottage. It was a stunningly beautiful weekend and the autumn leaves reflected in the river with herons and seals cruising by was incredible. Chad and his wife are always super friendly, the cottage spotless and the beds comfy. My husband would take each of the kids canoeing up and down the river to fish for salmon in a canoe provided. If you don’t have a river house with all the toys, this is the next best thing.
