An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

Welcome to Wembley. A private place in our home.

This is a lovely clean dedicated space for Airbnb, a private wing of our home with separate entrance. Basic cooking facilities, microwave, toaster, kettle and portable hotplate, no oven. Stick mixer/blender. Full size fridge. Anything thing else you might need, just text me! Wembley is ideally located 10 min from the city and 10 min from Floreat and City Beach, beachside cafes, pubs restaurants. Public transport is easily accessed. A fabulous gourmet market and wine shop are close by. Welcome:)

Very spacious and peaceful. Close to parks such as Lake Monger and Herdsman Lake. Bus stop is close to Airbnb that brings us to central quite quickly. The small touches such as flowers in the vase and the fruits and cereals prepared for us makes us feel comfortable and warmly welcomed. Thank you :)

A very comfortable space in a good location. I was visiting someone in hospital, which was close by. There are shops and some upmarket restaurants within walking distance. Also, Sally's communication was great, and she was very helpful. As noted in the description, there is a flight of stairs to walk up, but as long as you are fine with that, I'd certainly recommend it. I would stay again.

Julia was a kind and thoughtful host and we had a wonderful stay at her place. Her place was conveniently located to many cafes and restaurants and I loved going for my morning coffee in the area. The cherry on top was her adorable little dog Oliver who would often wait at the door of the airbnb for our return. Thank you for the lovely stay ❤️

Great unit in fantastic location ... we stayed for 24 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Underground parking was great ... good stores and restaurants were plentiful within walking distance. The train station is right there for super convenient transportation. Great WiFi and big screen TV was much appreciated.

Only stayed a couple of nights during a short getaway but would happily return and recommend this beautiful AirBnB. We booked at short notice but Madeleine was very responsive and had everything set up for our arrival. Check in was easy and the poolhouse was as depicted in the listing -- very clean, comfortable, and private, nestled within a gorgeous garden in the leafy suburbs. There are some nice cafes and shops a few minutes' walk away, and a more bustling strip a few minutes' drive. Would have loved to explore the area more on a longer trip.

What a gem of a spot. Everything about Christine’s Studio is the perfect example of what we hope for in an Airbnb stay. Great Room with lovely amenities. Private, extremely easily accessible with its own separate entrance from that of the house… even a garage spot for our car. And fantastic value! Reasonably short walk to shops and Restaurants too.
