Our house is located in a residential area, 10 min drive to the Pont de Pierre in Bordeaux, and 5 min to exit 24 of the Rocade. Ideal for a long stay or a comfortable stopover, 30 minutes from the vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Médoc. Ocean beaches are a 1-hour drive away. The house has a south-facing garden, shaded and not overlooked, accessible from the living room on the ground floor, the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.

On the ground floor, the living room with TV and internet access (fiber) opens onto a fully equipped open kitchen. Then, a toilet with washer. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms in a row with comfortable 140x190 bedding, then a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Ideal for work and holiday stays.
