Family-friendly holiday rentals in Flogita

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Everything was great. Peaceful place, there is a village nearby for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Responsive host, always helped when we had questions.

Great place for summer vacation.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

The villa offers much more than what can be seen in the photos. Surrounded by toll pine trees and flower bushes, beautifully set, it offers peace and quite away from crowds and noises of the nearby resorts. It has so much space and amenities, it feels like having a small 5 star resort all to yourself. Pantelis as a host is in the league of his own. Simply exceptional. Attention to detail, helpful, proactive and a great communicator. And while always attentive, he was never even the slightest bit intrusive. Our privacy and the ability to completely relax was respected completely, while anytime we needed anything, he was on it in minutes. The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

First of all, the view was fantastic, and we had quick access to what I think was the nicest part of the beach in the city. The appartement had everything we could need and the living room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were tiny but cozy and comfortable. We used the aircon in the living room to cool the whole appartement at night. Dimitris was a lovely host and greeted us kindly even though we couldn't give him a time of arrival in advance. Would definitely recommend.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

All family is very satisfied by vacation spent in the house of Eleni and Katerina.

The place is perfect for few people. There is a great yard, where children and dogs can play :)

Our stay at George's place was great. The house was clean, comfortable and right at the beach. Antonis was responsive and very helpful with recommendations

The cottage is absolutely adorable. it's in the very end of a dusty road surrounded by stunning views including the sea at the horizon. The house inside has everything needed, with great attention to detail including mosquito repellent. The garder is just lovely. There's thick shadow on one side with a hammock below the wisteria trees. There's a grill in the garden, lovely patio for coffee and dinner. Something quite important for us is the thick well maintained fence that gave us absolute peace of mind leaving the dog outside to play. We would be coming back for sure.

The loft is exactly like on the pictures, you get what you see and for the price it’s more than fair. Maybe you have to love the ‚simple life‘ to get the true potential. It’s very green, there are 2 lovely dogs and a funny cat! The balcony where you can sit is also very nice. The charm of the room is very chill. In the morning the rooster is starting the days and there is no better alarm. Thanks.

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great!
