perfect place for the time away from daily routine with a lot of things to do around! 👌🏻

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

Immaculate Lodge and very well equipped. Location was perfect, walking distance to all amenities. Mark & Tracy very helpful and told us there was no rush on checkout, which gave us an easy relaxed morning.

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. Przemyslaw was extremely responsive and helpful, place was clean and as described. Nice location next to the beach.

We had an amazing stay, caravan was spotless and Thomas and Emma were very helpful and responsive even tho our stay was a last minute booking. We will definitely be back soon.

Great host, and welcoming and generous, it was the festive season and there was a bottle of zero alcohol mulled wine left in the kitchen, and some other bits which I thought was very mindful. I didn't use the garden as the weather was bad but I'm sure its great in the summer. Lovely home, would like to return another time.

A home from home in Heswall. Great location, plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed being able to take a 5 minute stroll into town for a meal and loved the peaceful area. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, spacious home, great for large family gatherings. We celebrated two birthdays here with 11 people and it was wonderful, despite some bad weather! Everything as pictured and described, the garden space was perfect. Overall, Andy was a great host, the property was great value for money and we’d definitely visit again. Thanks!

the house was clean and well looked after. As we we there for the hottest weekend on record we asked if there were fans for the bedroom. There weren't but Dare got some specially. Never see an entry lock like this before but it was good. Neighbour kindly let us keep one car up his drive.

I stayed there for one night with my colleagues (10 Peoples). We had a great experience with the stay. One of the host is staying next door was really helpful. The property consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 shower rooms.

Spotlessly clean new house. Very comfortable and felt like home with generous hospitality. Quite spacious with good sized garden. Need a car. Hosts video was very helpful to find it.

This is our second stay. We stayed last year for one week, this year we stayed for two. The cottage is in a great location for exploring North Wales and Chester. You can see the sea from the cottage as well as farmland and it is very peaceful. Beach walks are a short drive and there is a really nice pub, The Crown Inn, a short drive away. The cottage is clean, well equipped and the hosts are very generous. We highly recommend this spot to anyone considering a vacation or break in North Wales.

The property and garden was stunning and certainly a hidden gem! You were close to amenities but it also fel secluded and private. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you.

Beautiful house in a lovely area, we loved out stay there.

Graham was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. The property is wonderful and we will definitely stay here again! It is spotlessly clean and spacious and having 3 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms was perfect for our needs. There is outdoor furniture both front and back, where we enjoyed sitting with a coffee enjoying the peace and tranquility of the area. It is perfectly located to explore the area and there are shops and amenities close by.
