In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area are waiting for you and also a cross-country trail is right in the village.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have one double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cubicle and the third has a large bathtub. Ski room and laundry area for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.

The small but nice apartment is well equipped, so there is nothing missing. Starting December 1, 2018, a storage facility for skis and snowboards will be available for our guests directly at the Flims cable cars.
