Holiday rentals with a patio in Flemlingen

Philipp is pleasantly straightforward in contact and also asks if he can help with tips. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to travel to this region. I immediately felt at home. Philipp is a great host.

Philipps accommodation was very clean and tidy. Check-in is flexible and easy via the key box. The apartment is very quiet, but super close to the highway and thus great for a nightly stopover on a long trip. We checked in very late at night and left again in the morning. Unfortunately, ventilation in the apartment is unbearable, as the neighbor downstairs smokes heavily and the smoke unfortunately spreads throughout the apartment. But the host can't do anything about it. Therefore, definitely 5 stars.

It was just great to have a cool place to stay on hot summer days, to sit outside under the huge oaks in the morning and evening and to let the evening end after a long, exhausting day of hiking! Incidentally, there is a PWV hut with benches and tables a little further up, where we had breakfast with a view. Somewhat annoying the lawnmowers, always somewhere someone who made noise... Otherwise everything great, parking in front of the house, bakery-mini-supermarket in 5 min. with all kinds of groceries etc. Centrally located for hiking tours. Very quiet at night.

We felt right at home in the accommodation and were warmly welcomed by the hosts with a small gift. The apartment was clean and both the arrival and departure worked flexibly. We were able to reach the hosts at any time, which gave us a sense of security. The apartment itself is in one of the most beautiful places in Neustadt, quiet and idyllic, so we immediately got a holiday feeling. I would be happy to come back and only recommended!

Excellent apartment, within walking distance of everything. Very clean and comfortable. The landlord was very helpful and accommodating. He even let us borrow his fan (venti) when the weather was extremely hot outside. The only problems we had during our 3 week stay were the days that I worked, in private meetings online. The apartment listing state’s that there is a dedicated workspace with a door. The living room, bedroom, and kitchen are all one room. There was no privacy between the bedroom and the living room. The photos look like they are separate rooms, but it is all one room. My husband had to sit outside for each of my work days. That was uncomfortable for him on the cool rainy days. The rest of our stay was beautiful!!! Thank you for such a comfortable home!

The apartment is very well furnished, we felt very comfortable. The place was also very clean. Highly recommended!

The location is somewhat rustic, as the accommodation is in an industrial or commercial area. However, the apartment itself is very nicely furnished, and we especially liked the spacious, appealing kitchen. The direct environment, especially the lovingly landscaped front garden, also contributes to a pleasant stay. We would love to come again on occasion.

We were very pleased with the winemaker's cottage. Very well maintained, tasteful and well-equipped. To the sofa bed, it is important to note that you do not lie like in bed with exit to each side, but one towards the wall and the other with exit to the front . Also, if you look closely at the photos, you can see it in the picture with the prepared sofa bed.

Top apartment, perfectly equipped kitchen, very nice new bathroom, nice furniture, terrace with gas grill and awning. Technically modern equipment (TV, DAB radio). Beautiful garden, small pond. Everything is perfect and designed by Luise with a lot of passion. Nice contact.

I highly recommend this place. The communication with the host was excellent and the accommodation in very good condition. The cleanliness is particularly noteworthy. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice stay. The vacation home is very well equipped with everything and offers plenty of space. The outdoor facilities were also great, beautiful garden, terrace, loungers and sauna (even if we didn't have the time to use them). From the apartment, you have many excursion destinations in the vicinity (swimming pool, castles, Weissenburg-Kleinstadt in France). The location is very quiet, with lots of greenery and very relaxing. Sabine was very friendly and responded to our messages and inquiries at lightning speed (that's how good hosts should be). We'll be back the next time we visit the region. Keep it up.

Great location for a girls' weekend. Absolutely recommended

We were 5 adults on the trip to the cowshed. Already after booking we had very friendly contact with the hosts. Patricia gave us so many great tips for activities in advance and even organized us an away breakfast for Sunday:)) as warmly we were then welcomed on site. I can only agree with all the positive reviews: the cowshed has been renovated with so much love and it is simply very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, the barbecue and terrace are a dream. A plus is, of course, the two toilets and two showers. The cowshed has enough space for 6 people. The absolute highlight for us was the record player and the LPs :)) it was also great that we could park in the yard and even right outside the door by car. Dear Patricia, dear Gabor, we enjoyed the days with you very much. Thank you for that...and for the delicious eggs from the "Cool Chicks" :)) we will be happy to come back ♡

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The area around Arzheim is beautiful and there are many castles in the area as well as great hiking options. Stefan is a responsive and clear communication and the apartment was immaculate.

We had a great time at Ewa's place. The accommodation is very well equipped and very pleasant. The decoration is very neat down to the last detail. The stairs are really steep, but barriers are available to make everything secure, even for babies. We would really recommend this listing.

Daniela is a very nice and helpful contact. The location of the apartment is quiet and the surroundings (the village) very idyllic. From the accommodation, you can quickly reach the surrounding vineyards, the city center of Baden-Baden and numerous hiking routes through the Black Forest. Just the thing to unwind ☀️

So where should I start😅? First, very good communication with Nathalie. She was always there to help. The apartment is a small paradise. Everything was as described and as in the photos. Very well maintained and clean. Me and my friends felt very comfortable. The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi. There is almost everything possible nearby. Not far from the main train station. I was very happy to be with Nathalie. Thank you. I can simply recommend the apartment.

I am very grateful to spend the holidays in a nice apartment with good views and good price.

We were in a very nice apartment, where we immediately felt comfortable. There was everything you needed. Shops, restaurants and tram are within easy walking distance. Communication with Christine was fast, informative and friendly. I'm sure we'll be back.
