There is wifi , altibox, and TV in the living room. Cozy outdoor area with pergola and own backyard. The apartment is within short walking distance to all city amenities such as eateries, shopping street and nightlife venues. Edda cinema, Cibo pizza and Strand restaurant, are only two minutes away.

Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. The farm sale was voted Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next to it you will find a sauna that can be booked with an equally good view.
