Never knew palm coast existed . What an amazing place . Driving in you feel as if you are at a private resort . The condo was perfect . Everything was exactly the way it was described . Immaculate . Glenn and Kelly were asking us if we needed anything from the start. I will be returning as soon as I can .. Sun fun and relaxation is exactly what we got on this trip ..

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Andres was the best host we’ve ever had, and was so kind and responsive! Great location, you can easily walk right across to the beach access. Clean room, and super cute. We esp loved the patio area for our little pupper. Can’t wait to come back!

Great spot. Steps from the beach with a direct view of the beach from the house. This is truly beachfront. Very convenient. Nice place, well appointed, roomy, and pics of the place were accurate.

Wow!! This place was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The condo was just beautiful. The view from the balcony was simply stunning and we spent a lot of time there just listening to the waves and relaxing. The kitchen was well-appointed with just about everything I have in my own kitchen at home. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Also, the pools at the property were fantastic - very clean and well-kept. Thank you, Scott, for the wonderful week in Palm Coast. We made awesome memories and loved every minute of our stay at your unbelievable place! We are hoping to be back again next year! 🌴🌊☀️

Our family of 3 and Golden Retriever spent a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at Caitlin’s place on Ormand Beach. The home was in a fantastic location as the beach was a short walk away at the end of the street. The home was inviting, felt spacious, and was very tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all the needed supplies for any length of stay, the bathrooms spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfy. We made use of the beach chairs in the garage and spent most of our time at the beach. The neighborhood/street was quiet with little traffic and allowed for relaxation on the front porch in the evening. Caitlin’s place was the perfect spot to spend the long weekend for our family and we hope to return in the near future.

This was our 2nd stay here. We love being right on the beach! Adult pool is great (we didn’t visit the other pool). 5 people stayed very comfortable. Love the Flagler Beach restaurants 15 mins away. Balcony great for morning coffee with a view of the sunrise! Our 2 shih tzu puppies felt right at home! Alina is super responsive and helpful.

The condo is fantastic and in a great location. Oceanfront balcony that wraps around to pool side. Table and chairs outside for dining or coffee options. Great sitting area inside that looks out at the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen. 2 coffee pots and supplied coffee. Cooking pans, utensils, appliances, spices, and dishes. A quick trip across the street to Publix and we had everything needed to cook a meal. Best part was going out on the balcony to eat. Better view than any of the restaurants! The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Nice touch so you don't have to pack so much. Washer and dryer with laundry soap made it convenient so we did not have to travel home with wet beach clothes. Also had beach chairs and towels. Stasia was very good at communicating clear instructions about how and when to check in/out. She checked on us once we settled in to see if we needed anything. Great condo and host!!

Conrad’s place was beautiful and everything we wanted for our vacation. Very accommodating as we checked in pretty late due to our flight time and was still able to meet us to give us a tour and highlight the amenities. Overall great location, place, and view!

Perfect location for Rest & Relaxation! Heated pool was large, entry steps were easy to navigate & pool furniture was very comfortable! King bed was very comfortable with fine linens. Kitchen well stocked. A/C unit kept the condo very comfortable. Large deck with 4 chairs with perfect view of the ocean & pool. Unit close to stairwell with direct access to pool & would provide quick emergency exit. No driving on the beach & packed sand easy to walk on. Plan to visit again!

Michelle is a lifesaver. I had rented a place that was not at all clean, and I was able to book Michelle’s condo quickly and move. I’m so grateful for her quick reply and spotless condo. Great neighbourhood with lots of friendly people in the units around. And even on the coldest days, the south facing patio is full of sunshine and protected from the wind.

Noah gets 10🌟! This place was truly a haven! It’s a serene oasis that envelops you in tranquility! The cleanliness and organization are truly impressive, a testament to the host’s attention to detail. Every necessity is provided, from dish and washer detergent to body wash, shampoo, conditioner, extra garbage bags, and paper towels. The kitchen is a culinary dream, with high-end appliances and an array of pots and pans that inspire creativity. And the beds? The sheets are like a cloud, enveloping you in comfort and making it impossible to leave the warmth of the bed, even on a sunny beach day! The host is exceptional, checking in to ensure everything is perfect. It’s clear that Noah goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience for his guests. If you’re seeking a place that feels like home, look no further! We can’t wait to return to this little slice of heaven!

Well, what can I say? We had a blast! The place was perfect for us - two bedrooms, two bathrooms plenty of room in the common area and a balcony overlooking the beach! Also a pool downstairs, boogie boards, private access to the beach - I mean, what else can you ask for? The host was very responsive to questions, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Wow this place was amazing. I travelled working for Hilton fora decade so I have seen ALOT of different vacation units/hotels/condos, and This was the BEST view I ever had. The unit is actually much nicer than shown in the photos, and the facilities (pool, bbq, laundry, lounges) are equally nice. Perfect location if you want to sample Daytona and St Augustine. And because the beach was located at near the last of the access points to the beach, we basically had the beach to ourselves. This made my honeymoon extra special. 10/10 would love to come back. Also Donna was great, very nice and responsive.

What a beautiful home. House was spotless and accurately described. The pool was so warm but the kicker was watching the sunrise from the balcony! All instructions and expectations for check in and check out very clear. Highly recommend this condo! Any concerns or issues addressed almost immediately. We will be staying here in the future as we travel to the area to visit family frequently.

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

A fantastic location on Flagler Beach! Salt water pool on property. Cross the street and you have the Atlantic Ocean. This home was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive. My family had a wonderful time here and we have decided we will come back to this home for future vacations. Several restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores just a bit further away. What a wonderful place to relax! Highly recommend this home! Enjoy!

Bernie was a wonderful host, responding immediately with helpful suggestions, especially when an unexpected storm showed up and we had to leave early. The location of the home can’t be beat for this area- just a few steps to the beach after you cross A1A . It’s a quiet area & just a short drive to the shops in Flagler and Ormand. The house itself is nice & well-stocked— has a huge master bed upstairs w/ great blackout curtains for sun. Lovely bathrooms! The only 2 things I’d suggest are more tables and curtains/blinds in the upstairs main living room area. The eat-in table in the kitchen is very small, with 4 high-top bar stools, and there’s no coffee table by the couches upstairs, but if it’s not too hot or windy to be outside, the deck furniture is really nice for eating. We did not use the space downstairs and it feels very separate from the upstairs, so… wonderful for teens or if someone needs space. All in all, a great place! I’d definitely book with Bernie again.

Keeley was a sweet and attentive host, giving us the privacy we wanted, but always accessible. The room and pool areas were well maintained and provided full relaxation. Keeley even made our anniversary extra special. Thank you!

Easiest 5 star review ever. Neil’s condo was simply amazing! Better than we expected and the location is excellent. The house was clean and well stocked, spacious, and big enough for our family of 10 to fit comfortably. Beds were cozy and there was plenty of extra linens and beach towels for all. The huge balcony was awesome and the walk to the beach was easy. We spent mornings by the resort style pool and afternoons with our toes in the sand. The beach does have large rocks by the waters edge which we didn’t love at first, but then once the tide went down it created tons of little tide pools for the kids to play in. We chased crabs, found shells, and soaked in the tide pools without a worry in the world. The rocks ended up being one of our favorite parts! Hands down one of the best places we’ve ever rented and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Neil for allowing us to stay in your home.

Our second stay during the annual We Sell Restaurants conference, super easy and accessible to Hammock Beach and restaurants. As much as we enjoyed the stay, this year the mattress had become quite soft with mattress pad and sheets not big enough to cover the extra deep mattress so they kept coming off the corners while we slept. Very annoying but other than that this unit is ideal!

Everything was wonderful! And Richard was very accommodating, even proactive on checking in with us to make sure we were good. It was so nice to be so close to the beach, if you needed to grab something at the house it was right there!
