Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Flacq District

Very pleasant stay. Location of the house is perfect. The beach is quiet and the house is well ventilated. The two varangues allow you to enjoy the air on the beach side, or to shelter from the wind when it blows a lot. The kitchen is very well equipped. We briefly met Yolanda, who was taking a few days of vacation right after we arrived, but she was replaced by Sandra who took care of the house and prepared a good Mauritian meal for us.

The villa is a slice of heaven and our only regret is that we didn't stay there longer. The place is exactly like in the pictures in a beautiful location that isn't touristy but located close to many hotels if you want to eat out, and also a walk away from the village. We will never forget the changing colours and moods of the sea we experienced from the deck. What made it even more special was the warmth and responsiveness of Vincent, who was very friendly and full of suggestions and ideas of things to do, places to eat and explore and Asha, the caretaker and her lovely family! They made us feel at home from the get go and Nisha, Asha's daughter has her own taxi and is a perfect person to plan your trips with across the island if you do not have your own car. We highly recommend her services and suggest you discuss tour options with her. Overall, we have already made such great memories from our time here and highly recommend Vincent's place to anyone reading this! We will be back!

I really enjoyed the stay as the place had everything needed for comfort. Everything is there! The host is very responsive and friendly. The beach is just a minute's walk and beautiful. My husband enjoyed his fishing and had a great catch. My parents enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. You just have to watch out for the occasional falling coconuts...

We stayed at Natasha's place in March-April 2025. The host was very friendly, the house was very convenient, cozy and beautiful. The house was very close to the ocean. It's a nice choice for large families like ours. We were so glad to stay there. Wonderful place, amazing host! We were delighted! Everything works just fine in the house, house is very functional. Maids came to clean the house almost every day and they also cooked super delicious breakfasts for us. Natasha is so kind and supportive! We fell in love with her. Natasha, if you are reading this- we will definitely come next year for 2 months:) Best place we stayed ever.

Very welcoming and clean environment. The host wasn’t there but the neighbours who look after the premises were very nice and welcoming. Anything you need they would gladly help. Definitely go there again 💯

We had a fantastic stay at Nanou’s modern villa. The place is truly special—a beautiful home in a breathtaking location, with direct access to a nearly deserted beach that felt like our own private paradise. The ocean views from the pool and terrace are absolutely stunning, and the garden is a delight to relax in. It’s clear that Nanou has thoughtfully designed the villa with guests in mind. Everything is well equipped—from the kitchen and BBQ to the fishing gear. Our boys especially loved using the bodyboards and swim fins. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Mauritius!

Stay was amazing, all amenities in excellent conditions. Cleaning everyday. The view is stunning. We were company of 7 people - so everyone can find quiet spot to enjoy alone. Great

The place is just amazing to have some beautiful and excellent holidays in Mauritius. It is situated in a safe area, a gold estate, and there are 2 restaurants in the area. A boat is available for the guest to go to the Île aux cerfs every 30 minutes, a peaceful island, very quiet where you can stay all day (there is also a restaurant there). Every place you want to go can be done by walk (if you like that) or by car. Cecile’s house looks like the photo : beautiful and well furnished, you feel like home but with this touch of modern !! Ni neighbour because open space in front of the pool. The weather is not certain in Mauritius, but we had a chance to have sunny days so we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Cecile for your kindness and your responsiveness.

Very clean and spacious unit! Laurence had all of the utensils and appliances available at the accommodation for us to use. It is a great place if you're visiting Trou d'Eau Douce!

Shameem place was great, the location was perfect a short walk to the beach. The view is great, the unit was spacious. The beach outside the unit was awesome, the reef is amazing for snorkelling. Neha the the helper was amazing, she also will cook you a meal for a nominal fee, you have to provide all the ingredients. Kathy the manager does respond. The unit itself is well equipped, rooms have aircons, however the aircon in the main living room doesn’t work, which makes it hot but there is a fan which helps. Something to note, the unit is located away from the restaurants and shops so you need a car, however Shameem did help, Kamlesh was great for car hire. We enjoyed the stay and would be back.

Nice studio, with beautiful views from the terrace. Right next to the starting point for the deer island, and a convenience store. Good restaurants nearby. 5/10 min drive to pretty beaches. good place to visit a few days in the east of the island

A lovely apartment just off the beach in very quiet and private surroundings. 13 nights and rarely saw anyone else. Very close to the beach and with a communal pool which we almost always had to ourselves we couldn’t ask for better. The apartment has just about everything we needed. A car is needed to make the most of the location and having a reserved parking space is useful. Ashvin provides security and is a great help. He provided some super suggestions for local restaurants and was always friendly and amenable. We’re already thinking that this is where we’d like to stay when we plan to holiday in Mauritius in 2026.

Everything was perfect! During our stay, we were lucky not to have neighbors, although the place generally seems very quiet. The only sound we heard was that of the waves😅. The kitchen is very functional and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We were only two, but it would be a real plus if you come in groups. The view is splendid, as is the decoration. And to not spoil anything, the host is very responsive and available. I highly recommend it!

The house is very nice, just like the pictures. Everything is great. The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and turquoise water and practically private. There's a paddle boat and a net to play volleyball. Communication with the owner is very good.

We had a great stay at Philippe’s apartment. The apartment is large and had plenty of space for a family. The facilities at Anahita are amazing and the il aux cerf beaches are beautiful. Philippe and Timma are both very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Luxorious apartment with nice view to the sea. Apartment is in excellent condition with very nice, modern furnitures. Many resorts close by with variety of high level restaurants just within a few minutes walk. Belle Mare beach is a very long sandy beach, where you can do many different water sports. It is also nice to walk/jog along the sea shore.

An outstanding place and host, with every comfort, to make your self catered vacation seamless. Kayak, swim, snorkel, make your own meals, etc. Recommended indeed.

We are very satisfied with our stay at this beautiful apartment. We travelled as a family and a baby bed and a baby chair was provided for us. The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful with daily cleaning and a welcome meal upon arrival. The neighborhood was calm. The surroundings are so beautiful. Lovely garden, nice pool area and a beautiful beach with plenty of space. Christopher was very kind and helpful. We are especially grateful that we could have an early check in after a long flight. We would love to come back.

We stayed 3 weeks at Devi's apartment and everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure. The apartment is modern, bright, functional, secure and super clean. Devi is a wonderful person, welcoming, considerate, generous who cares about the well-being of their guests as well as being super responsive if there's an issue. We can only highly recommend Devi's apartment. We'll be happy to go back. We recommend renting a car to explore the island. Thanks again Devi for your hospitality!

A nice and big studio with a great terrace. Very quiet yet centrally located. The beach and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, if you want to go to other beaches, a scooter or car is recommended. The landlords are very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water, the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms can be darkened with curtains. The bed is comfortable, the AC cools down, although it is also a little louder. Earplugs can help. Everything is divided as shown in the pictures: a bathroom, a kitchen with seating, a bedroom and a living room with sofa and dining table.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. All common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly, resolving it with a smile, even though it was late. The view of the park is lovely and calming, perfect for morning or evening walks. The apartment complex is gated with a security guard, so we felt very safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Fatimah's place. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described. A fantastic place for a great holiday. Immaculate, extremely well equipped, stunning decoration, extremely tasteful furniture & fittings, everything you need and more. I can personally recommend Romain’s place to anyone. This was our fourth visit to Mauritius , and was the best ever. We will definitely be back in the future. Romain went out of his way to arrange my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. On our arrival we were surprised with Champagne , and he even arranged a birthday cake the night of the celebration.
