Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fjord

Martins place is amazing. We felt immediately like home and having the cozy fireplace in the main room was very nice. Everything was super clan and well in order, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed, except a hairdryer at the beginning, but Martin organized immediately that someone brought us a brand new one the next day. We were blessed with 180 cm snow within our one week stay and with spectacular polar lights which we observed on the upper terrace on New Year’s Eve as well as on the day after. Our main activity during our stay was to go ski at the Strandafiellet ski resort only a 10 minute drive up the mountain, which we also can highly recommend. Martin was super responsive and helpful when we were in need (we got stuck in the snow with our car a view times) and directed us for the best route back to Oslo on the snowy winter roads. We highly recommend Martins place and we would love to come back some day.

Jogeir's hytta is located between Trollstigen and Geiranger. You need to hop on Eidsdal-Linge ferry to cross fjord to reach here, but its very convient, just takes 15 mins and available till late night with good frequency. The surroundings are calm and beautiful and there are lot of good places to visit by car. We were 2 families (4 adults 3 kids) visited by electric cars, hosts was kind to allow us to charge the car. Hosts were very helpful and quickly responding. Place can easily accomodate upto 4 families. Everything you need is available in hytta. Finding the place using google maps was easy and there is enough parking space. I would recommend this place to future visitors. If I ever visit the nearby areas I will rent the place again.

Amazing apartment on the lower floor of a beautiful family house. This apartment was modern, spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We felt so comfortable walking into this Airbnb just like being at home. Comfortable bed and well equipped for self catering. Parking is right out front and free. An added bonus is the sauna which was great after a hard day sightseeing. Thoroughly recommend this Airbnb for a stay. Karen. Australia

Beautiful and spacious home in a perfect, central location if you're planning to explore Ålesund, Geiranger, Åndalsnes, Trollstigen etc. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance and utencil you would need. The home did lack blackout curtains, which i found odd for a home in Northern Norway. Still highly recommend!

Für uns war es eine ideale Unterkunft - auch ohne Blick auf den Fjord. Dafür gibt es einen wunderbaren Sitz- und Essplatz direkt am Fenster mit Blick auf die Berge. In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden, inklusive einem großen Kühlschrank. Wir waren nur zu zweit unterwegs, aber die Wohnung wäre auch für eine Familie mit drei Kindern (in separatem Schlafzimmer) gut geeignet. Der Aufenthalt in der großen Wohnung hat uns auch bei regnerischem Wetter gut geholfen. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Robert and his family were very pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Eidsdal. The neighbourhood was very calm, friendly and silent. The apartment was super clean and spacy with all kinds of furniture. We stayed there for two nights and felt really cosy. One thing, that stood out completely was the wintergarden with beautiful view of the lake. It was absolutely the best thing of the trip. Also, the shop is just 2 minutes from the apartment in the harbour. I would totally recommend this accomodation and I can give nothing less than 5 stars. Amazing.

Excellent property and extremely clean but needs clothes drier to go with washing machine. Everything else excellent with huge bathroom and lots of coffee. Would highly recommend for four but needs couch for 5 people. Great parking but bedrooms need suitcase stands along with nice nighttables. Lovely heated washroom floor and huge kitchen.

For anden påskeferie i træk boede min kone og jeg og vores to børn i Kristins hyggelige hytteleilighed på Strandafjellet og igen i år var det en fornøjelse. Hyttelejligheden har alt hvad man behøver og er i gåafstand fra skianlægget på fjellet. Håber på at kunne komme igen næste år!

Veldig rolig og ren plass med alt man trenger i ett hjem. Her er det romslig og koselig med en veldig hyggelig vert. Trenger du en plass å sove mens du er i området er denne plassen perfekt.

We really liked the new modern house. We lived on the second floor, with a spacious living room, very modern and stylish, cozy interior, spacious balcony, and wonderful view of the mountain peaks. The new housing area is surrounded by nature. A particularly pleasant surprise was the personal attention and the welcome package in the fridge with local food products. The convenient sauna was nice to warm up in the evening, and the electric car charging station was a great addition. Our sincere congratulations and thanks. 11 out of 10, highly recommended. The place was perfect with a breathtaking view. The location is very peaceful and calm. The house was quite amazing and has been built in 1860’s. But the interior is great and has been renovated recently. The bathroom was very spacious and equipped with heated floors. The kitchen had all the basic appliances with a cute minis dishwasher. The city Stordal is rather small, yet there was a coop that has almost all the groceries we needed. Torunn and her husband were great hosts and they were very responsive. Overall we would like to recommend this amazing place for anyone who is seeking a relaxed vacation. We would definitely return if we get another chance.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zuhause gefühlt. Man muss dazu sagen, dass wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben. Hanne und ihre Mama waren super flexibel und haben uns 2 Stunden später herzlich in einer sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Wohnung empfangen. Wenn wir gekonnt hätten, wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Wir waren schon in vielen Wohnungen und hatten Kontakt zu vielen Gastgebern, aber hier fühlten wir uns wirklich am wohlsten.

Wir haben uns bei Henriette sehr wohl gefühlt. Super, sind die tollen Wanderwege in der Umgebung. Unsere drei Jungs haben sich riesig über die Pferde, Schafe, Katzen und Hunde in der Nachbarschaft gefreut. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett, gastfreundlich und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und den Fotos entsprechend.

Die Unterkunft entsprach meinen Erwartungen vollkommen, wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Frode der Vermieter, den ich persönlich kennen lernte, ist sehr sympatisch und offen. Er hat mir Tipps für Ausflüge in der Nähe gegeben und konnte mir jede Frage beantworten. Ich hatte das Gefühl bei einem Freund zu wohnen um nicht bei einem Fremden. Ich kann nur positives berichten. Danke Frode!

Majoituspaikka sijaitsee melko tiheästi rakennetulla laskettelukeskusalueella, 5km päässä Strandan kyläkeskuksesta, josta löytyvät kaupat ja muita palveluita. Laskettelukeskusalue on vielä osittain kesken ja rakenteilla, navigaattoritkin ohjaavat vielä väärään liittymään. Itse rakennus sijaitsee mukavasti puron vierellä ja toisessa kerroksessa olevasta asunnosta onkin hienot ja esteettömät näkymät ympäröivään maisemaan. Vinot sisäkatot ja isot ikkunat tekevät oleskelutiloista viihtyisät ja avarat. Makuuhuoneita on kahdessa kerroksessa, ne ovat aika pieniä. Portaiden takia asunto ei ole esteetön. Rakennusten vierellä on pysäköinti kielletty, kellarista löytyi kyllä autopaikka. Valitettavasti alueella ei taida olla sähköautojen latauspaikkaa, lähin löytyy Strandasta. Yhteydenpito Pålin kanssa oli sujuvaa ja nopeaa. Sisääntulo-ohjeet olivat selkeät. Tänne voisi tulla uudestaankin.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Veronika. La vue est exceptionnelle et l’appartement dispose de tout confort. Il est très bien situé pour visiter les alentours et tout près du centre ville. Veronika est très accueillante et réactive lorsque nous en avons eu besoin.
