Villa holiday rentals in Fiumicino

We stayed with kids and were happy with our time at Alessio’s villa. It’s a spacious two-story villa with all the basic essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean and cozy. The beach is about 15 minutes away by car, and there’s a nice local restaurant nearby where you can enjoy dinner. Alessio was always responsive and very welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality!

La casa è la più bella in cui abbia mai alloggiato! Arredata in stile moderno, ma originale, ambiente molto curato nei dettagli e super pulito. Ha tutti i comfort. Una cucina splendida e attrezzatissima. Vanity set in bagno con cose che non avevo mai trovato altrove. Mi sono sentita come a casa. La location è perfetta. Area tranquilla, immersa nel verde, ambiente rilassante. Tra una visita e l’altra mi sono goduta il giardino, il divano super comodo e la TV con l’accesso a Netflix. Cosme, il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e premuroso. Mi ha chiesto ancor prima di arrivare se avevo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa che avrebbe potuto comprare per me. Durante il soggiorno è venuto a conoscermi e mi ha dato tantissimi consigli utili per visitare la città e navigare il quartiere di San Lorenzo, che ho trovato molto autentico e vivace. Insomma, ho trovato una gemma nascosta in questa casa! Io tornerò di sicuro e consiglio vivamente a tutti l’esperienza.

Ringrazio Alessandro, prima di tutto come persona sempre presente per ogni necessità, dai consigli per la casa a un’infinità lista di attività da fare e consigli culinari, la posizione della casa per noi era perfetta, tranquilla e silenziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole in famiglia, tutto pulito, ordinato e arredato con gusto. Mi piacerebbe moltissimo ritornare per un soggiorno più lungo. Abbiamo già l’idea di prenotarla per il prossimo viaggio. A presto 🤗

Andrea estaba muy atento a todo. A pesar no sabemos italiano, se mostro atento y se esmero para entendernos. Recomendado. Muy limpio todo. Muy agradable el lugar. Si visito nuevamente europa, me alojaria nuevamente en este lugar

Ersilia super cordiale, disponibile e amorevole. Ci ha subito fatti sentire a casa. La casa è super accogliente e il giardino è meraviglioso. Ci ha fatto trovare tutti i servizi pronti, asciugamani, bagnoschiuma, asciugacapelli, deodorante, non mancava nulla. Ci ha accolti con acqua fresca, caffè, gelato e camera fresca grazie all'aria condizionata accesa con premura prima del nostro arrivo. La mattina dopo ha anche avuto la premura di farci trovare caffè e cornetti vegani (presi alla pasticceria subito di fronte, molto buoni). La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole alloggiare in vista di un volo a Ciampino o per chi (come noi) ha un concerto all'Ippodromo delle Capannelle, facilmente raggiungibile in treno (una fermata da ciampino). Super consigliato!!

Andrea’s place was a godsend for us, looking to spend a week in Rome outside the city’s heat. We felt like we got a taste of local living, and Andrea was a supremely helpful host who helped us out with recommendations in the area. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well operated little getaway!

We had a great stay at Marco’s. He was super welcoming and so helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including off street parking. Thank you again for everything ☺️

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!

A perfect escape from the heat in Rome! The pool was perfect and Fabio was very helpful in whatever we needed and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the Nemi strawberry festival nearby. We will be back for sure :)

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

It was a little tricky to get transportation from the airport in Rome to Fabio‘s place, but we were eventually able to procure a taxi to get us there. A short drive from the airport, but a long walk, the location is in a nice residential neighborhood. However, we found a gem of a restaurant (Tre Nodi) within an easy 10 minute walk, located right on the beach….I felt transported to the Caribbean! You will hear the sound of planes overhead, as long as that doesn’t bother you, but the pool/yard is a delightful treat! Fabio was very responsive and helpful when I had questions, and the house is spacious, with two large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. we were only there for one night, but it seems to have everything stocked in the kitchen, with an espresso maker and snacks for us!

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Olivenhains mit Produktionsstätte, das Haus von Giovanella ist einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig, nur manchmal kann man die nahe Autobahn je nach Windstand ein wenig hören. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber absolut ausreichend für unsere drei kleinen Kinder. Der Pool hat einen Zaun und ist gut zu sehen vom Haus. Die Ausstattung im Haus sowie auch das Haus sind in gutem Zustand. Giovanella hat immer sehr freundlich und schnell bei etwaigen Fragen geantwortet. Rom ist je nach Verkehr 45 Min. entfernt, das Meer mit schönen und guten Strandbars ca. 20 Min. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. We very much appreciated the cool interior and the very beautiful garden and pool area. The villa is a little outside Rome centre but this was what we wanted so that we could relax a bit away from the crowds. Buses to Rome shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance. A great place for a family trip to Rome!

Il soggiorno è stato all’insegna della tranquillità. L’assistenza di Maurizio, Cinzia e Paola e’ stata perfetta e sopra le aspettative. La casa bellissima e comoda, accessoriata di tutto. Arredi interni ed esterni comodi e di design in linea con la casa. La piscina è il giardino curato nel dettaglio completano il tutto aggiungendo valore. Ma la differenza l’ha fatta sicuramente l’accoglienza, l’ interesse e la cura dimostrati, costanti, sinceri e poco invasivi. Grazie!!!

Siamo stati benissimo nella casa, tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era a nostra disposizione ed era tutto in ordine, non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

we had a wonderful stay at the house- grea location with lots to see nearby including the etruscan tombs, Castle and lake. Very nice, characterful property with a lovely big loggia/veranda area. Really huge place- so many living areas and nice big bedrooms. My family of 5 had plenty of space to enjoy spending time together, and because it is April it was good to have plenty of indoor space to use. The kids did enjoy the play equipment outside too and we had lots of games of football and skittles on the grass. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and because it was Easter they left some Easter eggs for my 3 kids which was a nice touch :)
