Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Perfect location in relation to the North Sea and Legoland, but at the same time very peaceful. Here is all the equipment for babies and small children. The home is well-secured for toddlers, where there may be free homegrown fruits and eggs from your own hens for free use. The reason leads down to a “big” river, where fish jumps from! Slap af med din familie i vores dejlige sommerhus. Huset ligger i et naturskønt område med gåafstand til børnevenlig strand og skov. Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

Lovely apartment in holiday center, kitchen/family room and 2 bedrooms. Note one room is small and with a curtain. Access to pools (indoor and outdoor) - Fitness - Beach volleyball - Soccer field - Table tennis - 2 large playgrounds, one with bouncy pillow - Petanque - Tennis - Miniature golf - Playroom - Laundry. Some of the things for a fee. One room is with a curtain.

Indoor pool, spa, and billard!

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
