È stato tutto perfetto e Loretta è stata una padrona di casa impeccabile. Super consigliato.

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

Sehr schönes Haus, das in allen Bereichen sehr schön renoviert und geräumig ist. Herauszuheben ist der große Pool, den alle sehr genossen haben. Das Haus ist prinzipiell sehr ruhig in den bewaldeten Bergen gelegen. Vom Städtchen im Tal bis zum Haus sind es 12 Minuten mit dem Auto. Tagesausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und ans Meer sind gut machbar. Eine Empfehlung ist auch die Grotta del Vento. Wir hatten eine Woche super Wetter mit Temperaturen von 33 bis 38 Grad. Das war grenzwertig, weil das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat. Heißt morgens gleich alles lüften, um dann bis abends alles dunkel zu verschließen. Nachts mit offenen Fenstern schlafen ist obligatorisch. Was zu dem einen für uns relevanten Kritikpunkt führt, denn die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft bellen die ganze Nacht, was selbst die Tiefschläfer genervt hat. Würden wir mit zwei Kindern wiederkommen, ja wahrscheinlich, aber nicht im August.

Ich kann mich den anderen Rezensionen anschließen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier. Jonny und Susanne sind sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber und haben viel Herzblut in die Renovierung des alten Bauernhauses gesteckt. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub für uns ☺️ Abends kommen die Insekten, aber das ganze Haus hat Fliegengitter und draußen gibt es einen Verdampfer gegen Mücken, sodass man ohne Stiche die lauen Sommernächte draußen sitzen und die Glühwürmchen beobachten kann 🥰

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Zeer leuke gastheer en steeds beschikbaar indien je vragen had. Het huis zelf was een karaktervolle ruime woning met een prachtig zwembad. Er waren enkele tekortkomingen maar dit is te verwachten in een huis van die leeftijd en Lorenzo was zeker beschikbaar indien er ernstige problemen zouden opduiken. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het huis wel tamelijk veraf ligt van enkele bezienswaardigheden (Firenze, La Spezia, ...) en dat de weg erheen nogal "tricky" kan zijn (vooral bij regenweer of 'snachts). Uitermate geschikt voor wandelingen in de omgeving of om de rust op te zoeken.

Le cadre du logement ainsi que le logement sont incroyables! Une vue magnifique sur les Alpes et le logement une ancienne ferme rénovée magnifique! La piscine est maintenue à très bonne température ce qui est vraiment agréable !!Les parents de Martina qui gèrent le logement et habitent à côté ont été vraiment accueillant et parlait très bien français! Ce qui était vraiment agréable tout le long du séjour. Seule petite remarque c'est qu'au vue de la situation géographique et du prix du logement il aurait été agréable d'avoir en arrivant les nécessaires de bases (gel douche, shampoing, liquide vaisselle, éponge, sac poubelle ...) prévoyez bien tout cela en arrivant pour vivre au mieux votre séjour ! A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und Romina hat das möglich gemacht! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles wirklich gut erklärt, sogar eine Flasche Wein stand für uns kalt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und die Tipps von ihr waren großartig! Den Imbisswagen hätten wir nie ausprobiert und es war soooo lecker! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat von sich aus nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgesucht, alles passt zusammen. Von den Gläsern bis zum großen Wandbild im Schlafzimmer ist alles sehr harmonisch Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Romina buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Das Dorf ist abgeschieden in den Bergen, soll heißen: die Anfahrt ist lange und führt über kleine, aber gut gepflegte Bergstraßen. Das Dorf selbst ist nicht mit dem Auto befahrbar, was man bedenken sollte bei viel Gepäck oder, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Letitia bietet auch einen Gepäckservice an, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Für uns war es perfekt. Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten und ein rundum atemberaubender Ausblick entschädigt für den anstrengenden Weg. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden im Dorf, doch größere Einkäufe sollte man planen, wenn man von der Autobahn abfährt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, um alles mögliche zu kochen für 2-4 Personen. Auch ansonsten mangelt es der Wohnung an nichts. Leider war das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt eher regnerisch, aber das kommt im Mai schon mal vor. Wenn die Sonne rauskommt, ist es aber schön warm. Würde sofort wiederkommen und länger bleiben.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

Tatiana est attentionnée et extrêmement gentille. Son accueil est chaleureux. Elle est aux petits soins. Le pain fait maison le matin accroché à la porte pour le petit déjeuner et les tomates du jardin sans oublier les œufs des poules sont des attentions très appréciables. Le logement proposé à tout le confort, tout en mettant extrêmement éloigné de toute zone d’habitation. La seule difficulté est le chemin pour arriver chez elle. Il y a 1 km avec deux virages en épingle à cheveux extrêmement ardue. Jeune conducteur : s’abstenir… Je ne me suis jamais sentie bien sur ce chemin, mais Tatiana fait son possible pour nous rassurer. Elle veut bien conduire la voiture… Elle dit que ça passe avec toutes les voitures… Pour la citadine que je suis, c’était une expérience ! Mais le chemin mis à part, on est très bien une fois arrivé. Nature et animaux. (chien, chat, Cheval, poule, sans compter tous les oiseaux).

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia era impeccabile, e il camino perfettamente funzionante, con legna fornita gratuitamente dall’host. L’appartamento è immerso nella tranquillità degli Appennini modenesi, un luogo ideale per chi cerca di staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi sentieri per escursioni a piedi, perfetti per esplorare la natura circostante. Sergio e sua moglie sono stati degli host eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e mai invadenti. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rigenerante!

La canonica è un posto magico. Si trova in un piccolissimo borgo, in mezzo al verde e circondato da boschi e colline. Il luogo è perfetto per rilassarsi, andar per sentieri e visitare i dintorni: l'appennino reggiano è stato una bella scoperta. Caterina è una padrone di casa impeccabile, gentile, attenta e disponibile, pronta per qualsiasi necessità e felice di dare consigli sui luoghi da visitare e su cosa e dove assaggiare le tipicità locali. L'appartamento racconta di questi luoghi, è arredato con gusto e grazia e pieno di poesia. Ben ristrutturato, ordinato e pulitissimo, non manca nulla. Ci tornerò sicuramente per una vacanza più lunga.

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

Unsere Zeit in Bologna war der Hammer! In der Küche haben wir immer unser Frühstück gemacht und draußen gegessen im Innenhof war es super ruhig, und die Nachbarn auch super freundlich! Es war eins A gelegen und super sauber! Danke🫶

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step.
