Holiday rentals with a patio in Finland

Je mets 5 étoiles parce que je ne peux pas mettre 6 mais ça les vaut largement ! Notre séjour chez Eija a été exceptionnel, elle est très accueillante et son logement est tout simplement fabuleux. La propreté est irréprochable, tout y est pensé et bien pensé. Eija a le soucis de chaque détail pour rendre le séjour de ses hôtes parfait et c’est réussi. Nous voyageons partout dans le monde et nous avons rarement trouvé un endroit comme celui ci. La vue et l’accès sur le lac sont un atout majeur. Nous aurions aimé rester encore et encore.

Joona’s place was a great place to spend a week in Helsinki. It had everything we needed. The location is also super convenient being close to the city centre as well as the zoo.

The apartment was neat and cozy, with beautiful surroundings. We appreciated the host’s thoughtful preparation of an extra mattress and a travel bed for our baby, which added to the comfort and convenience of our stay.

Olimme lapsen kanssa täällä jo toista kertaa, ihastuimme ensimmäisellä kerralla niin, että oli itsestään selvää tulla tänne uudestaan. Asunto on ihanalla alueella, oma parkkipaikka plussaa ja sähköauton latausmahdollisuus super! Lähikauppa löytyy melkein vierestä ja lapselle oli kiva leikkipuisto saman kadun varrella. Asunto on kodikas, viihtyisä, siisti ja kaunis. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy, sänky on mukava ja pimennysverhot takaavat hyvät yöunet. Majoittaja on ystävällinen ja antaa hyvät ohjeet. Kaikki vastaa kuvausta ja majoittuminen sujui paremmin kuin hyvin. Tulemme varmasti kolmannenkin kerran!

Huoneisto oli siisti ja upeilla järvinäkymillä. Kaikki tarvittava nelihenkisen perheen majotukseen.

We had a great weekend at Leena's place. Despite some early confusion about the check-in process (you have to speak to a shopkeeper to get the key), everything else was perfect. The location is very handy for the tram and metro - literally outside the door of the block. Also a big supermarket across the road. The apartment was perfect for our needs, the top-floor balcony made it stand out. The sauna was also fun to experience. We had to ask a neighbour where to find the bins in the courtyard, it was not obvious. When we come back to Helsinki, 1st choice will be Leena's place.

Asunto oli siisti ja vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Asunnossa oli erinomainen varustelutaso. Rauhallinen sijainti. Majoittuisin mielelläni uudelleenkin Pirjon vieraaksi.

Suvi's property is ideal both for families or small groups of friends travelling together. The large and modern living room overlooking the woods is the highlight; we visited in the winter and wished the weather was poor to have an excuse and stay indoors. The property offers great privacy and sits in a tranquil side road with lots of space, though it's just a stone's throw from the lake and under five minutes from the nearest cafes, restaurants, the shopping centre and the other amenities. Suvi's been very responsive. Upon check-in we found the house beyond clean. Would love to return and definitely recommend.

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich, wunderschön und direkt am See gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich, modern und mit viel Holz; wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten ist die sehr abgeschiedene Lage; die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Aber mit entsprechender Planung ist auch das kein Problem. Wir haben die ruhige idyllische Lage sehr genossen.

We had a lovely stay with our two children ages 1 and 3. Natalia went above and beyond with fresh flowers and groceries for breakfast, this was a really thoughtful touch to the stay. There were gates for the top and bottom of the stairs that gave us peace of mind with the children. The home is cozy and attractively decorated. The location is breathtaking right on the lake with an authentic sauna and barbecue hut available to use. We highly recommend this home and location if you're looking for a traditional private lake cabin. We really enjoyed the remote location, note that it is 20-30 minutes to Rovaniemi and as described, make sure to come with a vehicle that can drive on dirt and gravel roads.

Uiterst gezellig en mooi huis. Wij vonden het perfect gelegen, net buiten centrum akaslompolo, naast de de ingang van het natuur reservaat. Hierdoor alles te bereiken binnen 5min (met wagen) maar toch in een heel rustige omgeving. Voor ons de perfecte uitvalbasis voor wandelingen en activiteiten. Huis was heel gezellig ingericht, houtvuur, grote glaspartij geeft fantastisch zicht op de natuur. Alles is voorzien en deftig en netjes onderhouden, ook keuken ruim voorzien van materiaal en toestellen. Slaapkamers aan de iets kleinere kant, maar zeker voldoende voor ons. Kinderen vonden de stapelbed met gordijnen fantastisch. Sanitair zeer netjes, geen aparte badkamer wel toilet met grote lavabo die we gebruikt hebben als badkamer. Droogkast heel handig voor drogen van kledij na een dag in we sneeuw. Sanna heel correcte en eerlijke host. Reageert direct via sms/telefoon. Ook altijd bereidt om lokale info te bezorgen. Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Huis en locatie absolute aanrader!

We LOVED our stay at Ulf’s Airbnb. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The home was pristine and with a beautiful view. We were greeted with Finnish snacks on the table, ( which were greatly appreciated from our long journey) , and enjoyed a warm sauna to sweat away the stress of the day. Ulf was so kind and friendly, responding immediately to any question or recommendation. If we are lucky enough to come back to Finland, this is where we will stay. Highly recommend.

Nous avons séjourner chez Krista pour 3 nuits. Nous sommes tomber sous le charme de sa maison. Elle aspire au calme , a la detente , a la tranquillité.8location de voiture recommandée). Vous trouverez a quelques minutes de voiture un K Market qui est parfait pour faire les courses. Elle se situe non loin du village du père Noel. Nous avons eu des échanges avec Krista, qui a toujours été très reactive. En un mot, si vous devez séjournez , proche de Rovaniemi, et que vous souhaitez une maison fonctionnelle et typiquement finlandaise, nous vous la recommandons fortement.

Beautiful for an early summer trip for my brother’s 30th birthday. Peaceful but close enough to hikes and the city if needed. Everything we wanted. Also Tino was amazing regarding a few late changes to our booking. 10/10.

Dit appartement is een droom. We hadden nergens liever onze eerste Helsinki ervaring willen op doen. Het uitzicht is magistraal, de locatie is het perfecte midden tussen stad en rust. Je voelt je on top of the world en kijkt uit over een stedelijke oase en tegelijkertijd loop je binnen tien minuten via de brug het idyllische eiland op tegenover je en heb je het gevoel dat je ergens helemaal anders bent. Alles is perfect verzorgd. Wat een fijne cocon om je in terug te trekken en tegelijkertijd onderdeel te zijn van de wereld!

Its an amazing place with Very Big size Balcony! The Spa is truly a gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

Asunto oli juuri sellainen, miltä se kuvissa näytti. Hyvällä sijainnilla ja kaikki tarpeelliset palvelut lähellä. Kaikin puolin hyvä kohde majoittumiseen.

We felt very good in this apartment. Everything is clean and full furniture for the whole family. Recommendable!!!

Majoitus vastasi erinomaisesti yksilapsisen perheen tarpeisiin kahden yön lomareissulla ja voisimme yöpyä uudestaankin, vaikka joitain puutteita ilmenikin. Majoituksen pihalla oleva leikkipaikka oli melko hoitamattomassa kunnossa, mutta onneksi 5min kävelymatkan päästä löytyi kiva asukaspuisto. Suihkusta tuli ensimmäisenä aamuna vain kylmää vettä useiden minuuttien ajan, kunnes lopulta kuumeni jopa liikaa. Toisena aamuna suihkusta tuleva vesi oli liian kuumaa, eikä sitä saanut kylmemmälle.
