Kodikas hyvin varusteltu ja kaunis asunto! Nautimme erityisesti viihtyisästä terassista ja hyvistä saunalöylyistä. Mary-Ann oli todella mukava ja avulias vierailumme ajan! Varmasti vierailen uudestaan kun sellainen mahdollisuus tulee!

Asunto oli loistava josta löytyy aivan kaikki mitä matkailija tarvitsee lyhyille sekä pitkille matkoille. Sijainti todella rauhallinen, lähellä keskustaa, löytyy myös lasitettu parveke missä voi istuskella vaikka saunan jälkeen ja seurata kaupungin vilskettä. Suosittelen paikkaa lämpimästi ja menee paikkoihin jossa voisi jopa pidemmänkin aikaa asustella. Plussaa myös autopaikasta joka löytyy talon hallista.

The apartment is both good value and a welcome find. We would stay there again should we come back to Helsinki. It’s close enough to the city centre (an easy walk) and there are many restaurants of different caliber and same with the supermarkets or grocery stores. We particularly liked the ones opposite the apartment entrance. We felt the apartment represented great value.

Exceptional condo. Classy, sophisticated, organized and very clean. The condo is spacious with numerous places to sit, cozy-up and enjoy the surroundings. The neighbourhood is perfect.

Lula’s apartment is elegantly designed and thoughtfully appointed. Despite its convenient location on the tram line, it is super quiet. And bright! The expansive view over the broad street and blooming trees was a favorite joy of mine in the mornings. Some of our favorite meals were just around the corner, but the tram also made it incredibly easy to reach further-flung destinations. We loved our stay in Helsinki in large part because of how delightful this apartment was to come back to, and we chose to have dinner at home on several occasions just so we could enjoy it more. The place looks even better in pictures! Only stayed as a lay over but it would be perfect for a little getaway and super close to the airport!

This was a great stay in the heart of Helsinki's Design District. The place was exactly as described and had all the amenities needed for shorter or longer stays. There are a few flights of stairs to reach the unit but they are not steep. The location is perfect for walking to explore the neighborhoods, with several connections to trams and buses. The central train station (and most of the main attractions) are about a 15-minute walk. Although on an active pedestrian street, the apartment is incredibly quiet inside since it is set back from the street and has excellent walls and windows. The hosts were flexible about the check-in process when my flight was rescheduled and delayed. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone with good mobility looking to take advantage of the area.

The apartment is really cozy and clean, with everything you need and clear instructions. It’s also 15mins drive from the airport and 15mins walking distance from the train station. Due to flight delays I arrived in midnight, and Kari was really considerate to give me tips about finding the local taxi as well as easy check-in, also let me leave later on my last day to avoid dragging my luggage in the snowy weather. Definitely one of my best experiences with Airbnb host, and I recommend anyone who plans to visit Rovaniemi book her place! 😊

Rauhallinen, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu asunto. Kävelymatkan päässä on kaikki palvelut. Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa onnistui hyvin.

Viihdyimme oikein hyvin!

Majoitus oli kuvauksen mukainen ja sijainti loistava aivan aseman vieressä. Helppo kohde liikkua erityisesti kehäradan kohteisiin. Asunto oli siisti ja naapurit hiljaisia. Suosittelen majoittajaa ja asuntoa muillekin! 😊

Majoitus vastasi erinomaisesti yksilapsisen perheen tarpeisiin kahden yön lomareissulla ja voisimme yöpyä uudestaankin, vaikka joitain puutteita ilmenikin. Majoituksen pihalla oleva leikkipaikka oli melko hoitamattomassa kunnossa, mutta onneksi 5min kävelymatkan päästä löytyi kiva asukaspuisto. Suihkusta tuli ensimmäisenä aamuna vain kylmää vettä useiden minuuttien ajan, kunnes lopulta kuumeni jopa liikaa. Toisena aamuna suihkusta tuleva vesi oli liian kuumaa, eikä sitä saanut kylmemmälle.

Siisti huoneisto, jossa erittäin hyvä varustelu. Rauhallinen, silti keskeisellä paikalla. Kaikki sujui loistavasti.

Lapsiperheelle tosi hyvä asunto. Löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja hyvin säilytystilaa tavaroille. Plussaa ehdottomasti lukollisesta häkkivarastosta mihin sai laudat ja sukset mahtumaan.

Kaikki sujui erinomaisesti. Sijainti on mainio lähiruukkien tutkimiseen pyörällä ja autolla. Alakerran allasosasto on mainio plussa kokonaisuuteen.

It was very first time to use Airbnb and it was such a great time. The room, kitchen, bathroom and other spaces are exactly same as you see on the web page’s pictures. So clean and really comfortable. The interior design is sophisticated and I also enjoyed some artek furnitures and iitala cups. It was so helpful that he offers some seasonings, salt and pepper for example, which is too much to buy by myself for two weeks stay but definitely needed for cooking. The location is perfect for accessing to the central city by train, tram or bike as well. Easy to access to the supermarket, but also have calm atmosphere since it’s a residential area. Endrit is a great host. So nice to all of guests and doing his best to make us feel as it’s home. He’s accepted my additional requests to keeping my luggages. Highly recommended for every guests who’s looking for the place to stay for sightseeing or staying long term.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything there made sense. The host was communicative at all times, and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The design of the house is extremely logical and high quality. The location was perfect if you want to be in nature and a little outside of Helsinki but close to everything you need. Renting a car will help but is not absolutely necessary unless you want to visit Nuuksio, where it can be difficult to find return transportation. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There are apples growing by the sidewalks on the walk from the house to the beach, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk away and has all of the food that you would need. The neighbors were friendly and helpful (even the quirky one). Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

I had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at this apartment. The space is clean, cosy, and thoughtfully arranged, with a pleasant atmosphere that made it easy to settle in. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The location is lovely—just behind a quiet park, perfect for taking a walk or sitting in the sun on warm days. It felt like a gentle retreat, and I left feeling rested and content. I’d be happy to stay here again.
