Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

The small apartment is centrally located, quiet and with a beautiful view of the river (Tuors) and the mountains. It is located on the 2nd floor. The interior is cozy and the lots of wood, the comfortable sofa and the wool carpet create a cozy atmosphere. The studio can be reached on foot from the railway station in 4-5 minutes. Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
