The couch also pulls out to sleep 2. On the same road as OCI & minutes from Lee U & I-75. If you need more space for guests ask about our 3 adjacent units.

This new house, finished in September 2019, it has all the amenities! Granite counter tops, and laundry. Huge front porch to relax on, and just waiting for you to come and enjoy! The house is located in the middle of two other short term rentals on the side of Missionary Ridge. It is a great centrally located area close to downtown and local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the BACK YARD IS FENCED. FIRM 2 DOG LIMIT and the females must be spayed. There are televsions in all 3 bedrooms.
