Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fife

We had another highly enjoyable weekend at Swallows Nest, our 2nd short stay at this very peaceful and comfortable property. A home from home, in very beautiful and special surroundings. Already arranging our 3rd visit … :) Highly recommend for a family or couple. Thank you both!

We had a lovely three night stay at Annat while showing at the Scone Palace Garden Fair. The flat was very convenient with everything that we needed and our hosts were easy to contact and extremely helpful. We hope to return.

We immediately knew we were staying in someone's home because it was cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. Dan and Alex had excellent communication. Even though they gave accurate directions to the flat, we arrived at different times and both made the same mistake, haha. But the pictures were accurate and got us there quickly (tip, it is the first entrance after the church Parking Lot, not after the church, haha). We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the views of the beach (and the easy access to it!). It was impressive seeing the difference between low and high tide. We took the train into Edinburgh several times and enjoyed the 45 minute ride vs stressing the traffic (about £12 round trip per person). The little town of Kinghorn won our hearts, we loved walking up into town. The stairs up to the flat was the only thing we would change if we could (to not have to carry luggage up them, haha).

Liz was an excellent host! She was very responsive to every inquiry. The flat was beautifully decorated and matches the photos and description. It is well cared for and very clean. The location was perfect, easy to golf, to shops and restaurants. I honestly can't think of a complaint.

Perfect position for access to the harbour (with sandy beach), the tidal pool and other amenities. Great local walks along the Fife Coastal Path. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped.

2 Queens Terrace was a perfect apartment for our party of 8. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat as we could easily walk to a variety of restaurants or other popular St. Andrews sites. Mark and Jill were wonderful hosts. They've thought of many extra amenities by providing a few essentials in the fridge, some snacks & drinks, and things like charging cords and fans in each bedroom. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

This was an amazing stay! I wish we could have stayed there for weeks! My entire family was extremely comfortable and loved all the living spaces. Extremely clean and roomy! Thank you for allowing our family to have this amazing experience staying at Scone Palace - memories that will last a lifetime!

A perfect stay in an ideal and very central location. The apartment had everything we needed (except perhaps a TV but actually we played cards instead which was more sociable!). Would definitely stay again. Flat was spotless and beds very comfortable.

This is a great place for a family get together. There is lots of space and everything you need to accommodate all guests. The location is beautiful, from the view of the river to the nature right on your door step. All of this and the house is still close enough to Perth to pop down for a coffee. We would all go again.

We had a lovely 5 night stay! Check in was fine, no problems. The interior is very comfortable and tastefully designed displaying original art and all furnishings are of a high quality. The kitchen is large with everything one would need to prepare a complex meal, excluding condiments and spice, so bring your own. Oil, coffee and salt and pepper are provided. The bedrooms are nice and comfy. The steel tub, in one of the bedrooms, is splendid. Plus there’s plenty of hot water to fill it! We sat in the pretty garden, it’s lush with mature shrubs and flowering plants…but be aware of the stinging nettle. My dog got her paws badly stung and I had brushed into some myself for a whole day of annoying tingling. Bring some Benadryl just incase. If you’re avid walkers, definitely explore the grounds, gardens, pond and tower, all stunning. It’s a large holding, lots to explore. Alexander was very responsive and accommodating. But book now, we noticed future prices are going up!

Margo's place was truly special! The home is lovely and comfortable. The gardens in the spring time are stunning. It was so close to everything in Crail. And her lovely sister in law greeted us with delicious shortbread cookies. I dream of coming back to stay for a whole month!! Thank you Margo, for sharing your lovely home with us!

Number 3 was perfect for our family of four’s stay in St. Andrew’s. Lorna was very responsive before and during our stay, went above and beyond the typical expectations of an Airbnb rental (welcome treat, a few thoughtful basics stocked specifically for our stay, country flag on table, etc). We enjoyed the traditional Scottish decor - and the sitting room decor was very thoughtful - read the background info provided! Lovely! The location is completely walkable to the main area of St. Andrew’s, however driving and parking were very simple, as was the transit system. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The house was more than we expected so very well equipped. I don’t think I put my hand out and didn’t find what I required . Plenty of bedding, towels and toiletries. We stayed 10 days and one of my guests was so comfortable in the lovely bright house she was refusing to leave. We all understood her feelings 😂 I’d happily return to the garden house which was a wonderful base in beautiful Elie for nearby surrounding villages .

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful views in a nice peaceful setting, but close to Perth for food and supplies. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Deborah was extremely friendly and enjoyed chatting with her.

Izzy is a responsive and helpful host, very willing to answer questions and provide suggestions. The place is clean and comfortable. The extra half bathroom downstairs is great! Good value for the area. Easy walk to the waterfront and groceries nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Izzy’s place and in Kirkcaldy.

Lovely cottage in an idyllic location near to the harbour. Excellent communication from Lauren even when we couldn’t get the wi fi to work. Very clean and will certainly consider returning when we come back next year for another golfing trip

We had a lovely one-night stay as a family of four. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The sunroom was an absolute highlight – so peaceful and bright, perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and communicative, making check-in a breeze. Perfect for a short stopover – we only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommended.

Beautiful location,felt like I was in a castle. Next time I’m in Scotland I’m coming right back. Grace was also a wonderful host and super kind!

Great place to spend a few days in the centre of St. Andrews. Rosemary is always available and able to communicate in matters of minutes.

Reece’s flat was absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area! He was an amazing host, had brilliant communication and was very easy to talk to regarding issues!

Fantastic place, exactly as described just steps from the 18th green at the Old course. A little tight if more than two people but that is clear from the photos - no surprises!

We had a lovely stay in Cupar thanks to Emma! She was excellent at communicating, providing us with recommendations of where to eat before we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and well kept, with very comfy beds! We had a fantastic week.
