Maria Serena is an exquisite person, very kind and endowed with a special talent for details, which is reflected in the love she puts into furnishing the property. He welcomed us despite the fact that the scheduled check-in time had passed and made us feel right at home. For me, Florence will only have one address in the future: yours!

Stefano's accommodation was incredibly beautiful! If you could return from the hustle and bustle of Florence to this oasis of calm, it was simply beautiful. The decor is very stylish, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom awesome! Communication with Stefano was also very warm and uncomplicated. I'll be more than happy to come back!

Amazingly friendly hosts! So far this was our favorite experience on our vacation! We did the wine tasting followed by cooking class while staying here, I can’t recommend it enough! The air bnb was like nothing I’ve ever seen before, so unique and cute!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

It was nice and quiet and just what I needed. Down about 20 steps and nowhere close to park my motorcycle. Apart from that it was fine. Thanks

A Tranquil Haven Overlooking Florence Staying at Matilde Flat in Fiesole was nothing short of magical. Perched gently on the hills above Florence, the flat offers a rare blend of serenity, comfort, and quiet elegance. Each morning, we woke to the soft light of Tuscany spilling through the windows, and each evening closed with sweeping views of the city’s golden dome glowing in the distance. The apartment itself is thoughtfully appointed — spacious, immaculately clean, and full of warmth. From the delicate linens to the antique touches, every detail speaks of care and timeless charm. The terrace was our favorite spot: perfect for breakfast above the olive trees or a glass of wine as the sun dipped behind the hills. Fiesole, with its winding streets, Roman ruins, and laid-back rhythm, felt like a well-kept secret. Just a short drive from Florence, yet worlds away in atmosphere, it gave the best of both — the cultural treasures of the city and the peace of the countryside.

A B&B of a different kind: plenty of space to live and sleep, an ingenious terrace with a magnificent view of the hills of Florence. Very good restaurants within walking distance. It doesn't always have to be a hotel room. I'd love to do it again, maybe at a concert in the Roman amphitheater.

We immediately loved our place. Serena's house is located on a very large property surrounded by beautiful trees, an exceptionally beautiful terrace with deck chairs, a large dining table and an oak tree that provides shade. The property is very well maintained and laid out with a lot of respect for nature. From the house you can start hiking directly, Serena's husband knows his way around and can give great hiking tips. If you drive only a few kilometers, you are already at an altitude of over 1000m. Even when it is very hot, you can go on great hikes from there in pleasant temperatures, which have always inspired us. The apartment, a former stable, has been designed with a lot of love and taste. We felt like at home from the first moment. Serena and Paolo are perfect hosts, always friendly, always available and helpful. We were there for 12 days and would have liked to stay longer. We'd love to come back. Thank you!!

Sabrina was a fantastic host and her place was wonderful! Very clean and cosy, close to everything, very walkable area and she left us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, markets, etc. She also brought us a bottle of wine at check in which was very sweet! I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Florence!

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs you will find! The place was very spacious and had everything we could have needed. It was in a great location and Gianna was an amazing host. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Florence!

Wow wow wow. If we could move in here we would. Beautiful space, where you can tell everything has been thought of to make your stay as smooth as possible. Best AC and showers that we have encountered in Europe. The balcony on the Arno though of course truly can’t be beat. We could have enjoyed another week!

Stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a splendid estate immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

Wonderful space in the heart of San Miniato. Walter was an excellent communicator and we appreciated the detailed information on parking and the generously stocked pantry & refrigerator. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space and exploring the charming town.

We loved staying with Rosella first of all. The Flat is right at the Heart of florence so you can get to all the sites by foot. We had some great nightouts in the nearby bars and on the balcony with a nice view of the old city center. For everyone coming to florence i can only urge you to stay with Rosella.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
