Villa holiday rentals in Ficarazzi

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Excelent accueil de Valeria, qui a toujours été disponible et nous a aidé pour la reservation d'un taxi pour les enfants.Tres bel emplacement tres sécurisé dans un lotissement privé ,sur veillé par un gardien 24 h sur 24 .il faut une voiture bien sur et l'on peut la garer sans probleme devant la maison (c'est safe).jardin magnifique et belle piscine qui chauffe bien car meme en avril nous en avons profité. appartement bien agencé en sous sol de la maison avec une zone de terrasse privative, c'est effectivement pas tres lumineux pour les deux chambres du fond mais tout est tres propre et l'appartement bien equipé. la localisation est pratique pour visiter palerme, mondello est tres proche à 5 mn en voiture et l'aeroport à 20 mn en voiture ce qui est pratique pour le depart.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus direkt am Meer. Es war alles vorhanden um mit 7 Personen kochen zu können. Lediglich mit den Liegen war es etwas schwierig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

Danilo is an absolutely amazing host, very responsive, hospitable and helpful. It felt like home, we got a personal greeting letter, which was a very nice gesture, some treats and some recommendations about restaurants., at the end of our stay there were even some little gifts for us. The house is very clean, spacious, modern, carefully designed to be practical, with a patio, terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds and also a little playground for children. There is space for everyone. It’s located a bit up, in a peaceful area, to get there you need a car but it guarantees a very nice view onto the sea. It was a great experience. The only regret is that we stayed only for one night. Danilo, thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La casa è bellissima, accogliente e immersa in una zona tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una gradita sorpresa: una bottiglia di prosecco, e poco dopo ci ha deliziato con dei pasticcini — un tocco davvero premuroso. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa fare nei dintorni, ci ha fornito il contatto di un tassista di fiducia e, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato, ci ha permesso di restare oltre l’orario di check-out, visto che avevamo un volo in tarda serata e la nostra bambina doveva fare il pisolino pomeridiano. Un gesto di vera ospitalità! Consigliamo caldamente questo alloggio e speriamo di ritornarci presto!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was spotlessly clean, with a generous provision of towels, a well-kept pool, and great amenities throughout. Jessica was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. We celebrated two birthdays during our stay, and Jessica went above and beyond by surprising us with a dessert cake—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our time there truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and private for our family of nine, we felt right at home. Maurizio and his family were very helpful with check-in and throughout our stay making sure everything was good. We had cars so could easily go to town or take day trips and return to rest. We hope to come back and stay here again!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pictures are great and the home definitely doesn’t disappoint in person! The pool was the best part and was the highlight of our 3 year old’s trip! The property is gated with great parking and we felt safe and secure. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and we used it every night. Paolo and his family were absolutely amazing and so sweet to our family, they made us feel welcomed and like they genuinely cared about us. Coffee on the bedroom balcony was a dream and the views of the sea and mountain side were breathtaking! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our trip, we will definitely be back to stay! Thank you Paolo and family for allowing us to make lovely memories in your home! ♥️

We hebben al heel wat Airbnb-verblijven gehad, maar dit was met stip het allerbeste ooit. Als gezin voelden we ons hier meteen thuis — en dat is zeldzaam. Alles klopte: het huisje was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, volledig uitgerust en perfect afgestemd op wat wij nodig hadden. Van aankomst tot vertrek verliep alles moeiteloos, in volledige privacy en met precies de juiste balans tussen contact en ruimte. Het zwembad was heerlijk — een fantastische plek om te ontspannen en echt te genieten van het buitenleven. En de tuin… wat een werk moet dat zijn om te onderhouden, maar het resultaat is verbluffend. Zo verzorgd, zo mooi. Het draagt enorm bij aan de rust en sfeer van de plek. Martina heeft aan alles gedacht. De sfeer, de voorzieningen, de rust… Het voelde bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. We vonden het oprecht moeilijk om afscheid te nemen, en dat zegt veel. Een plek als deze is zeldzaam. We komen hier met alle liefde terug.

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

Vi var 6 voksne og to børn. Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Huset er rummelig og veludstyret. Der er et dejligt udendørsområde med den god pool, som både voksne og børn nød meget. Soveværelserne er store og veludstyrede. To med adgang til en balkon med en smuk udsigt. Huset var rent og pænt og værten var meget hjælpsom.

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Fantastic house! We had a large group and booked out the whole house. Pool and outdoor area was the highlight. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this villa to large groups. Hot tub was also an excellent addition.

Villa Ginevra is an enchanting Sicilian home representing traditional and modern just as shown in listing. The grounds are picturesque, providing the beauty of nature within walking distance to local amenities such as pasticceria and market.  Engaging with Vincenzo and family was a pleasure. They were helpful providing local recommendations and scheduling a private cooking class where we prepared a delicious meal, connected and created a memory together. The highlight of stay was our intimate wedding ceremony. Vincenzo and team created an ethereal outdoor  experience at the villa where we got to exchange vows, share our commitment before our God and loved ones, and begin our journey as husband and wife. A delightful meal and conversation under the stars followed. The local private chef, photographer, videographer, stylist, and florist that Vincenzo coordinated were amazing. We are so grateful Vincenzo opened up his home and shared his gift for lifetime memories to be made ❤️

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

I am happy for choosing Natalia's house not only of the wonderful view, the well-kept fruit garden, the constantly cleaned pool, the peace, the functional and comfortable spaces, but most of all because of the host Natalia and her family, who showed the most beautiful features of Sicilian people. From the beginning of communication, any question or problem I had was handled with great care and delicacy: be it "where to buy fish?" or "help with the car tire". Upon arrival, a fridge full of drinks, snacks, fruit, and wine was waiting for us. The smallest detail has been taken care of, so it is impossible not to fall in love with these hosts and with their home. Of course, there are a few things to consider: a car is essential, and sometimes the smell of sheep farms comes through. We travel by our own car, so the spacious parking space was a big plus. The huge fenced yard allowed our poodle to have fun. I will never forget the hospitality of Natalia and this family🙏🤗😍

We stayed a week in Terassini and it was like a private oasis. The home is a stone's throw to the beach and water boardwalk. The town piazza with many restaurants, stores, butcher, small grocery stores and pharmacy is also a very short walk. The pool area was a wonderful bonus even without swimming, the shade and breeze from the water was refreshing and calm. The home is immaculate and everything looks like brand new construction - extremely new, clean and also gated. Our hosts were exceptional - Clemente picked us up from the airport which is only a 15 minute drive. The most amazing part of our story is that our host is a first cousin to one of our travel party and we had no idea until we arrived and he told us he had family in Detroit (her husband!!!!). Clemente assisted us in renting a car for a day trip to Trapani and Erice (must, must see) which was extremely easy to do. Highly recommended!

This was a truly remarkable home! No Ikea sterility here…this is a home. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. At every turn you find a beautiful space to sit, eat, chat or just admire the multiple garden areas. The pool is worthy of a posh resort (which is sort of what the whole place is). The hosts, whose family home it is, are welcoming and charming. If you were fortunate enough to have a loving and well-to-do relative who kept a villa in Italy, this is what you might hope for. Like previous reviews, it’s a difficult place to leave.

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

La maison proposée par Chiara est très belle, agréable et idéale pour notre séjour entre amis. La vue sur la mer est imprenable, l’extérieur de la maison est magnifique !! L’hôte a été très disponible pour nous. Cependant points négatifs : le lit de la chambre a l’étage grince énormément (le sommier), la douche de la master bedroom ne fonctionnait pas (pas de débit et pas d’eau chaude), concernant le tri sélectif des déchets : réglementation très compliquée sur l’île, nous aurions eu besoin de plus d’explications dans la maison sur le tri des déchets. Nous recommandons +++ la maison !!
