The bedroom has its own coffee and tea making facilities with fresh milk, along with a toaster. A continental style breakfast is offered each morning for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own room.

Stands besides our own property, so we are nearby to offer help and information. Ideal for walkers, Cyclists,couples and small families. Situated on the A59 between Harrogate and Skipton , this property has ample free parking. It is close to great walks with the reservoirs of Fewston, Swinsty and Thruscoss on our door step all within a few minutes drive . Further afield is the amazing Cow and Calf rocks at Ilkley and the beautiful Brimham Rocks just of the road to Pately Bridge.. The towns of Otley, Pately Bridge, Ilkley, Skipton and Harrogate are all close by and offer great independent shops, cafes and eateries .
