The house is located on a quiet small street with a wonderful 180° panoramic view of the ocean. You and your family can enjoy the meal on a quiet and private terrace with a view of the green meadows and the ocean. You can even see cows grazing in the neighboring green fields and sunset on the right sight of terrace. Entire area of terrace is 180m2. It is a border area to a Ribeira and inserted in the Regional Agricultural Reserve. With plenty of privacy, where birds and goats and cows will be the most likely neighborhood. It has a vegetable garden, with free access to guests, who can pick from the leaves for tea, such as vegetables and fruits.
