Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ferry Pass

One of the best stays ive had. Quiet location with plenty of space. My girlfriend and i had a perfect staycation here at the pine house and would absolutely do it again.

My girlfriend and I had a terrific time at the Toucan House and we will be returning next time we find ourselves in Pensacola

Pamela was awesome! The house was so homey and comfortable. The screened in porch was our favorite and we enjoyed our coffee out there every morning. The air conditioner went out during our stay and Pamela had maintenance out to fix within just a few hours. Check out was also a breeze! We will be back!

We stayed for 3+ months and would have stayed even longer if we could have. Great place at a great price, Exceptional Hostess. you can't go wrong.

My son and I booked this home along with his friends. We were there for a college basketball game but stayed the next week to visit. It was quiet, peaceful and a good place to stay for our needs. Thank you Jeff

Very nice rental central to downtown Pensacola and the historic district. Easy access to the beaches and in-town attractions such as the Naval Air Station. Very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has an adjacent bath, all are very modern. I have relatives in area and would highly consider renting this property again because of its location and value.

We loved the beautiful cabin with a pier. We also enjoyed the view from the porch. We were able to launch our boat nearby and leave the boat in the water tied to the pier until the evening before we left to go home. We loved the fenced in yard. Thank you for providing a perfect friendly home. It was appreciated! Even though we were close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, we felt like we were in a private and secluded area. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Family of five stayed here when in town for a graduation. We enjoyed all the space and the location was an easy drive to all the needed locations and tourist areas.

So cute! So charming! So thoughtful! The inside of Vickie's place is just adorable and she really has thought of EVERYTHING. From chip clips to a magnifying mirror to a comfy mattress topper -- the place it set up for any needs that might arise. Her location is perfect as it's about 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown and really 5-10 from whatever else you might be doing (including the Handlebar for. concert or McGuire's for some seriously good food!). It would be no hesitation to book with her again! She is considerate with her house explanations and very responsive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to Pensacola and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The backyard was fantastic. So relaxing with a fire pit. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Was in great proximity of several things that we wanted to do. Was clean and well equipped with items to make it feel like a home away from home.

Accommodated our last minute booking as another rental fell through. House was located in a nice neighborhood, very very clean, and had everything needed. Host provided all information upon booking so no additional communication was needed. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The furniture is nice and comfortable and he provided necessities like k cup coffees, soap, shampoo, face wash, etc. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed the stay and accommodations. Everything was there that was needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Proximity to public beach parking was easy or if you wanted to walk that was easy too. Room was quiet with little to no outside noise to disturb you through the night.

Sharon’s condo was very clean and just as described on the site. She provided plenty of beach and bathroom linens plus laundry soap, washer and dryer. Had plenty of closet and drawer space to store clothes for the week. Provided some snacks, coffee and tea which were very welcoming on our arrival. I would definitely recommend her condo and would go there again.

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

We just checked out of this beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath slice of paradise in Orange Beach, and wow—what a dream! 🌊☀️ From the *comfy furniture* that called our name after long beach days, to the *fully stocked kitchen* with **actual upgraded pans** (no scratched-up mystery Teflon here, y’all 🙌), everything was top notch. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed—plus a few thoughtful surprises! But the real showstopper? **The view.** Coffee on the balcony each morning with the chilled, salty breeze felt like a spa for the soul. ✨ And let’s talk about the *beach closet*—holy lifesaver! Chairs, toys, umbrellas… everything but the sunscreen. Saved us a ton in rentals and headaches. We didn’t want to leave (and briefly considered hiding in a closet until the next guests arrived 😂). If you're heading to Orange Beach, book this place. You won’t regret it!
