This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. We were a group of seven including three kids and we all had a very comfortable stay. The location is walkable from the bus stop and it is very peaceful.

We enjoyed the place. We were only there to return to the country, which was very well located in relation to the airport. Also the simplicity of the start suited us very well. Thank you!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

I stayed one night at this listing. To begin with, it is very functional, very well arranged and very clean. In addition, I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for the duration of my trip. In the morning, Carmelo took me to the airport and even offered to pick me up for a more than reasonable price. It was superb and the host is very kind and helpful

Great night spent in this beautiful place. Tower matched what was described, with the flower and overhead projector option, and frankly with the hot tub it's amazing.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very pleasant, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. We loved our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect! Only one train stop from Disney and about 30 minutes from central Paris on the train. The area is clean with lots of places to eat or supermarkets if eating at home! The apartment was clean and homely, check in instructions were clear and helpful. We loved it and would 100% book again! Thank you!

10* super cosy space, very quiet nor situated, very clean and with all the necessary amenities and even more. Nicole the best host I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, a super sympathetic and loving person, super careful, there are no words to describe.. super advisory, I couldn't have chosen better and I hope one day I'll come back.

The location is in an ultra-central area, just 50 meters from the station 🚉 and only 2 stops away from Disneyland. On the way back, since the kids were tired, it really made a difference that we were so close to the accommodation — we were home within a minute from the station. The place is well-secured, with an intercom system and access restricted to residents only — strangers or non-residents are not allowed entry, which is a very important safety feature. The host personally came to show us the apartment and explain everything, even though it was quite late. We really appreciated the dedication and involvement. A solid 10 out of 10!

We had a very comfortable stay: we were five adults and two children and the house suited us perfectly in terms of bedroom arrangements and space. House is very clean and organised and with lots of little extras to ensure a relaxing stay e.g. towels, soaps, extra blankets etc. neighbourhood seems nice and safe, area is quiet but close to the motorway into Paris.

This place was the perfect fit for our family while we spent time in Paris. The location was safe, quiet, and right next to transportation. Everything was clean and simple. Would happily stay here again!
