Holiday rentals with a patio in Ferrieres

Short stay but very nice. Gunther is very friendly, he knows how to put his guests at ease. Special beers on arrival, it's always a pleasure. Impeccable and tastefully decorated cottage. We recommend it.

Very nice accommodation, bright and very clean. The owner was always responsive to requests. The neighborhood is quiet, green and pleasant. On the other hand, there was an error in the listing regarding the number of rooms and beds (three beds and not four). Finally, the sofa bed is not very comfortable. Apart from these points, our stay was very pleasant!

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

This apartment is very pleasant and in a very convenient location to the center plaza/market. The kitchen is very well equipped, except maybe for no toaster, that I found. The whole place has a modern and comfortable feel and the small outdoor space is definitely a big plus, as I thoroughly enjoy some fresh air to chill in. I was a little concerned about the bedroom being up front by the street, but there didn't seem to be much traffic, so it was not a problem for me. Parking is a bit challenging, but it's possible to park for free between 6pm and 9am, for a fee other times or for free all the time at a lot that's about a 10 minute walk away. Bathroom is also a nice space, I only wish I had had time to use the tub - guess I'll have to come back! :))

Stayed with Cristina for a long weekend with the whole family and our cat. A nice space and neighborhood to recover and enjoy the green surroundings. In the cottage there was everything we needed and if it was not there we could ask Cristina. She responds very quickly and is very friendly. We have felt at home!

Would highly recommend! Udo's accommodation met my expectations in every way. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, with modern and useful amenities. I particularly appreciated the beautiful courtyard, where you can relax wonderfully with a cup of coffee in the sun. The location is ideal: very quiet with a wonderful view of the countryside and an adjoining meadow where you can watch the sheep grazing - simply idyllic! As a racing cyclist, I was thrilled by the many fantastic tour options right on my doorstep. Udo is an attentive host who gave me valuable tips for bike routes and excursion destinations in the area. Communication with him was straightforward and very pleasant - even the small conversations in between were a nice enrichment. I felt comfortable and would definitely book with Udo again on my next visit to the Eifel. Absolute recommendation!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and extremely well equipped (including a great kitchen, hot tub, dressing gowns). The quiet neighbourhood is delightful, with a lovely paved walk through fields available just a couple of minutes away

Second time we went there, everything went very well. Frying stove on at check-in. We enjoyed the hot tub. See you very soon certainly.

Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

Great 3 day stay at Véronique's. The place is very quiet . It was very nice to enjoy the beautiful garden and the Nordic bath.

Tom was very accurate and very attentive. Thank you so much for trying to find a crib with sheets and blankets for my little girl, even though it wasn't generally offered. The place was clean and complete with everything you need in an apartment. It would also have been helpful to have a small iron and equipment more suitable for recycling garbage. We had some difficulty finding the cottage because the quality of the map sent on the chat was low and unfortunately we did not have a paper one. Otherwise, great! Thank you so much Tom for your hospitality! 😊

Great impromptu stay. Impeccable, simple and warm accommodation. Very suitable for children. Fresh eggs and pets are a major asset, especially with children. The sauna and games area is another. Lots to discover in the area at +or- 1h. Host recommendations are top notch. We would recommend.

An extra stay. Yasmine and Christophe are absolutely charming hosts and their cozy little nest is really excellent. Everything was there: the layout of the place, the cleanliness, the surroundings and the external activities, etc. But it was above all your sympathy and your good humor that marked us. We definitely recommend this place. If we are visiting the area in the future, we will not hesitate to get back to you.

The first time we booked through Airbnb. Exciting, but Norbert's penthouse was exactly what we expected based on the photos and description. Actually, even more spacious. The private parking space in the garage under the apartment was ideal. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Christel, the hostess who takes care of things when Norbert can't be there himself. We felt extra welcome with a bottle of sparkling wine and a large bottle of water in the fridge and a bag of delicious chocolates. On the table, brochures of Aachen and a handbook with all the instructions and facts about the area and the penthouse. Very nice. Communication with Norbert was cordial and quick. Perfect stay – highly recommended! Our stay at the place was just great! The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as described. I would particularly like to emphasize the warm hospitality of the hosts, always available and very helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a great place to stay with a hot tub and sauna to relax! You can absolutely switch off here and forget about everyday life.

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.

I felt very comfortable with Andreas: the apartment was super equipped, beautifully decorated and located in a nice area right next to a park. You could reach the city center both by bus and on foot, so you were well connected. Above all, the communication with Andreas was very nice, he was quickly accessible, very helpful and kindly also very flexible regarding the length of stay, so I could even stay a few days longer. Overall it was a nice place to stay for my time in Aachen!
