Our stay was great ! The host was very friendly, giving us suggestions for places and restaurants to visit. The house was beautiful and very cozy.

Our family stayed at Joana’s Quinta at the end of the August school summer holidays. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom house with amazing views of the pool and a private balcony. The children loved using the pool and garden everyday and although other guests were staying in adjacent accommodation it never felt crowded, and was always a friendly, warm atmosphere, helped by Beatrice (Joana’s daughter) who was always on hand to help or advise. A perfect, peaceful retreat to get away from it all! Thank you

Our stay at D'alpendre was absolutely fantastic, far beyond what we expected. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Dona Alda, and later had the pleasure of meeting Susana and her father, who were both incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is set in a breathtaking landscape, and just next to the house were a few horses and donkeys that we were able to interact with, a lovely and unexpected touch that added to the charm of the setting! The pool was pristine, cleaned and checked daily, which really showed the level of care that goes into maintaining the space. Susana was always exceptionally helpful and friendly, quick to answer any questions we had. Every morning, Dona Margarida made sure we always had fresh towels before getting into the pool. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. My partner and I couldn't be happier with our experience, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We loved the stay at Virginie's place I had never seen such an equipped home, we had everything we needed. The pool is wonderful and demure, it was so good to take the small walks from Virginie's house to the pool (which is in your in-laws' house, despite being completely private for us). Although the space is fabulous and Virginie and Paulo are very nice, we loved his in-laws, Paulo's parents, they are super dear and considerate, we just had the possibility to see Paulo on the last day, but we were often with his parents who made us feel at home. We had a small issue with the television antenna, we talked to Paulo's father who promptly went to the house and with the help of a neighbor resolved the issue. If I repeat? Yes, yes and yes! If you like the countryside air, without confusion, extremely friendly people and don't mind having little internet network, I guarantee you'll love it :D

The house is very well equipped and very modern. Place is very quiet. The entire outdoor space was very well taken care of. We were very well received, the hosts are very friendly and concerned for the well-being of the guests. We definitely recommend it and hope to come back one day.

Quiet and scenic area. Easy access to town. Taxis are inexpensive but car rental recommended. Beautiful buildings, clean rooms and more than enough ammenties. Would 100% come again!

We were greeted with a very warm welcome from Adelaide, who was lovely. She met us the day we checked in and showed us everything we needed to know. The place was very clean and tidy. Outside had very comfortable outdoor furniture and an incredibly beautiful view - one of the best we've seen. It was extremely quiet, and at night, as you sat outside and looked at the view and the lights in the distance, it was so peaceful. We would very happily stay again. Thank you, Marivone.

This large house is ideal if you want to be in the countryside while being 45 minutes from Porto, Braga and 30 minutes from Guimaraes. very well equipped, impeccable and warm in-person welcome, hosts who respond quickly in case of need. There is the small grocery store and the bistro 3 minutes walk. very convenient. Loved our stay!

We had wonderful days. Interior of the spaces are a bit dated, but everything is clean. Pool and views really beautiful. The pool is shared with Farmhouse 2 but is fine to do. In the house also more than enough space, large kitchen. Communication with Hugo was fast and easy.
