Villa holiday rentals in Felanitx

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

A fabulous property that includes a very large and beautiful garden full of birds, wildflowers and fruit trees. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious and has multiple outdoor areas to relax. The pool is lovely too. Everything has been created with intelligence and care. A wonderful stay.

Staying at Gabriel’s place was amazing. A peaceful house surrounded by olive trees. Pretty garten with patio. Pool has the perfect size.

Very nice house, great location, were there with 4 adults and 3 teenagers. There is something for everyone: pool, beach/bay just outside the gate, water sports (SUB, kayak) within walking distance. Large selection of supermarkets and restaurants. We'd love to come back.

We loved our first family holiday at this house. Javier was always amazing whenever we had questions. The house is beautiful inside and out. Special shoutout to the gardener too, lovely man!

This villa is gorgeous! The house has everything you want in a vacation home- good sized living room for large groups, views are beautiful, pool, pool table and other games. Very spacious for our group of 7. We came in town for a wedding and had friends staying in Deià and Palma. It was very tedious to leave every day to see them. The drive to the house is long and winding- only two in our group felt comfortable driving. The area also does not have much for walking around, shopping, restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on staying at your house on this vacation, but if you are planning on sightseeing or wanting more city life, would recommend staying somewhere in Deia or Palma.

It is a very nice and very clean accommodation. We were very pleased and had a good stay. The hosts were always available, very friendly and helped immediately. We would recommend the place.

We had a great time at Noel’s house. Very clean, spacious and relaxing place. Friendly host that made us feel welcomed. The pool is big and the water is very clean.

Fabulous home in the most perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the marina, close to beaches and bars and restaurants. The house matched the description and we couldn’t have asked for more. Christian was very proactive and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time with Alicia and her husband. They welcomed us warmly and were always at our side with quick answers and helpful recommendations. The tip for a boat trip was particularly great – it was a real highlight and we had a lot of fun! The accommodation was very nice, spacious and absolutely clean – we felt comfortable from the beginning. We particularly enjoyed the quiet location, the privacy, as well as the terrace and the pool - perfect for relaxing. We can only recommend staying with Alicia!

Pinaret is Villa which caters brilliantly for a multi- generational family- we were with six grandchildren with ages ranging from 12 down to one, with their parents and us as grandparents , sharing this beautiful home from home for my 60 th birthday celebrations, all together under one door and plenty of space inside and out to enjoy , was absolutely wonderful. Amenities were walkable with great places to eat and browse and for the children to play. It is ideal. We were very sad to leave today . A unique week. Thank you to the hosts for making their beautiful villa available.

We stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends. The location and the house amenities are great, the neighborhood is lovely, and the views of the port / ocean from the house are unmatched. We loved the water access from the back of the house to jump in the ocean for a nice dip. The house was fully equipped with all the kitchen and cooking utensils needed to cook at the house. The proximity to the rest of Portocolom was great, and our group was able to walk to any of the local restaurants with 5-10 minutes. Lola was very helpful with check in and very responsive to our questions. She also provided local recommendations for a variety of restaurants, activities, etc.

The space is really beautiful. The view and the sunsets are breathtaking. The house is also not noisy, which is great, especially when traveling with children. The beds are large and cozy. The equipment in the kitchen could be a little more generous, but it was not bad at all. There were not enough small bowls, large spoons and wine glasses. Once the gardener wanted to cut the hedge on the property at 10 a.m., when we asked him to leave, he reacted very nicely. The house is otherwise also super located, you can get everywhere very quickly. A big plus was also that you could still book the heating of the pool. The water was therefore very pleasant for swimming in May. I highly recommend the accommodation and would come back any time.

A beautiful Finca very well presented and extremely well equipped. The pool is clean and warm and the accommodation was great. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and even provided us with a delicious breakfast one morning. We would have no hesitation in going back there.

The house was beautiful and quiet. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were very clean and nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need. The best part of the whole house was the pool where you can really stay the whole day. We had a great stay!

A beautiful, clean and really well equipped villa, in a lovely countryside/rural location, although very close to Felanitx by car. Generous welcome pack upon arrival and host really attentive. Would definitely come again, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic finca with great pool and quiet location. Our highlight was the orange and lemon trees with which you could prepare a freshly squeezed juice in the morning. The house was in a quiet location with plenty of space for the nearest neighbor, but a little hard to find for the first time. The wifi could have been a little better, otherwise we have nothing to complain about. Super nice house with large pool and outdoor kitchen at absolutely fair price. Communication with the building management was seamless and quick. We would definitely visit again!

It was a great holiday! Great place! Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and privacy! Host was always helpful and responsive to questions! Will be back!

Absolutely beautiful and secluded finca. Rental car is highly recommended. Above all, the many small corners and details enriched our vacation. The barbecue corner was my favorite next to the pool. The hosts are super nice, accommodating and available at all times.

It was a beautiful house that fit 13 people comfortably! Josephina was an exceptional hostess, and I wish her the best. We rented a car to reach the beach, and while it would be challenging to stay here without one, it is still possible. The house is approximately a 6-minute drive from the grocery store or a 25-minute walk. Thank you!!
