Our stay at Marianne and Frédéric's was superb, a timeless moment in a real haven of peace. The exteriors are beautiful and so soothing: beautiful flowers, the lake, the pool… everything was perfect! The recommended addresses were a great help and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks also to Frédéric for the visit to his space dedicated to photography, it was very interesting. We'll be back, that's for sure!

We had a lovely weekend at Sarah's. The house is superb, the bedding very nice and there is all the equipment in the kitchen for those who enjoy cooking! A weekend is almost not long enough to fully enjoy the house and the things to do in the area.

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

We recently stayed at a charming French gîte with another family of five and had a delightful experience. The property exuded authentic character and was exceptionally well-equipped. The abundance of comfortable beds ensured everyone had a restful stay. Although the pool was a little chilly, it didn't deter the children from having a blast in it. It was also a welcome relief from the heat as we had a few hot days. Conveniently, supermarkets and a boulangerie were just about 10 minutes away. Elodie, our host, was fantastic giving local recommendations—she even delivered extra tea towels when we mentioned needing more. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Cozy lodge with lots of space, privacy and beautiful views. Our dog loved the large lawn around it. We enjoyed the terrace in front of the lodge overlooking rolling meadows. The house has all the comforts. Nice beds and well-equipped kitchen. We were there for a stopover on our trip but you can easily spend a lot of nice time here with a family. The surroundings are rural and beautiful. The host is friendly, welcoming and quick to respond.

A very welcome stop on our cycling trip through Normandy. Very helpful hosts and we were able to cycle to the small but well stocked local supermarket (about 6km away) for provisions. A house that looks exactly like the picture!

We had a relaxing week with our family and our 3-year-old daughter at Benoît and Frédérique's. We were very well received and stayed in a spacious, clean, well-equipped house with comfortable bedding and with views of a beautiful garden in which we enjoyed strolling. The house is close to the city center on foot and there are very good food shops. We were delighted with our stay in Le Perche! Frédérique and Benoît were very responsive when we had specific questions or requests. Thanks again!

The house is located in a peaceful and rejuvenating setting, close to Mortagne-au-Perche. Everything works perfectly, the equipment is complete, and nothing is missing to have a great stay in peace. Special mention for Sonia's hospitality, attentive and very concerned with details — you can feel that she really has the heart to offer a beautiful experience. We had a wonderful time. Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the presbytery with the family. The setting is idyllic, the house beautifully decorated, the beds very comfortable and the garden sumptuous. In short, everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back. Thanks to Jean-Michel's valuable advice, we even discovered crayfish fishing.

It is the second time we stayed at this magical cottage. The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

Overall we had a nice stay. The place is very quiet, the garden very pleasant and the terrace very pleasant to enjoy the sun. All shops within walking distance. Address to be recommended and kept.

We had a great time at Jordan's place. The place was perfect for a weekend with two couples and two children. The garden is very pleasant in spring and the house is functional. We'll be back with pleasure on occasion.

We had a lovely time at this peaceful and very well appointed house. The host was particularly responsive in answering any questions. There were 5 of us for this stay and it was very good. For the mezzanine room, you don't have to be too big, but it's cute. Yohann can't help it, but not too much 4G/5G network, but wi-fi is available... I recommend this beautiful place to those eager to recharge their batteries and spend a quiet time in the beautiful Perche countryside. Thanks
