Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Kuala Lumpur

I stayed here for over a week and really loved this apartment. Perfect for me. Strong internet for working online & joining Zoom calls, very comfy bed, epic view & beautiful sunrises with the huge windows, strong hot shower, extremely clean, lots of natural light, and I LOVED having my own little balcony. The room is very quiet up on the 27th floor, you can’t even hear the street or city when the window is shut. The washing machine was great to have, and I cooked plenty of meals in the kitchen. I got great use out of the gym, sauna, and pool (the sauna was usually empty!). The neighborhood is Indian and has delicious inexpensive restaurants, markets, and anything you need to buy. Got around easily by foot or with a Grab car. The building had lots of security guards. Belinda, the host, was responsive and communicative. The only thing “missing” for me was a work desk, but I saw in the photos beforehand that there wasn’t one and just used the tiny coffee table to work from the floor :)

Stayed for under a week with a family of 6. Plenty of space and great security. Location centre to KL and had restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Very comfortable place to stay with lots of amenities. Convenient to check in n check out with detailed instructions. Close to attractions. Darren and Gibson were superb. Very helpful and quickly response to any inquiries. Will definitely stay again

Darren is an AMAZING host. And, his assistant was simply wonderful. He was very accommodating regarding my late check in. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My favorite... the hot shower! We particularly appreciated the thoughtful from Darren who check-in on us too make sure we were comfortable, or just in need of anything. The location was perfect for exploring, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

I had an amazing five-star stay at this location! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the fresh linens to the fully stocked kitchen. One of the highlights was how responsive and helpful the host was. Communication was clear and quick, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was also perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet quiet enough to relax and feel at home. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Novo is my favourite place to stay in all KL. Always come back. The best!

We had 2 toddlers, so everything is well suited for this. Check-in was for and a little late but that seems to be common on the market. We were very happy with everything!

Actual apartment exactly matched photos. Luxurious interior with perfection made our stay wonderful. Razali is perfect host who guided us personally during check in gave us homely atmosphere. Location is right next to twin tower and view from 53rd floor swimming pool was cherry on the cake.

Superior is beautiful

i had an fantastic experience during my stay. The service exceeded all my expectations, and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. Mohammed, in particular, was an outstanding host-warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed, offering assistance with both the accommodation and helpful local tips. The location in Kuala Lumpur was another highlight. Perfectly situated, it provided easy access to major attractions, great restaurants, and convenient transportation. Whether I wanted to explore the city or relax nearby, everything was just a short distance away. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The combination of exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and a prime location made this stay truly memorable. I highly recommend to anyone visiting KL!

I think this one of my favourite stays and a gem to find available for over 70 days in KL, here are the highlights. The host has thought of everything you need for a home away from home and has presented and maintained it as you would want your home to be. It’s very functional if you’re relaxing, working, cooking for yourself or spending too much time in the pool like me. It is a beautiful space; this includes the apartment and the complex. Lots to explore, experience and enjoy on site. Using the fabulous Grab app for groceries, food deliveries or rides is very easy to access while staying at the complex and for when going out. I spent a lot of time on site, and it was an oasis for me. Last but not least, a great host who provides useful and easy to follow information and any support that may be required during your visit. So, if you are looking for these things in a place to stay, and an architecturally amazing space – this is for you.
