Lovely newly renovated villa from 1933 with a beautiful, secluded and child-friendly garden on a quiet residential street. The house is close to the forest and with only 700 meters down to the beautiful Gudenåen. There are lots of MTBs and running routes right outside the door. Around 2300 people live in the city, with only 200 metres to shopping. In the city are two pizzaria. Ulstrup is centrally located in relation to cities such as Randers, Viborg, Silkeborg and Århus. Charging your Electronic car is not a possibility, and not part of your stay or payment.

The house is idyllically situated overlooking the forest from the covered balcony on the 1st floor. There is direct access to the forest from the backyard. In the forest there is a mountain bike track for free use. The house is located in Hinnerup, where the train can take you to Aarhus in 14 minutes. The house is close to various grocery stores and local restaurants. There is a trail system for a large sports complex, where there is also an artificial turf field. The house is only located with neighbors to both sides. No one directly opposite.

If you want peace and idyll, our thoroughly renovated half-timbered work is for you. The huge and secluded garden has plenty of space for both children and playful adults, whether you're into a trampoline, slackline, or a playhouse in the treetops. If you like cold horns and saunagus, you can take a cold flush under the outdoor shower (water hose) and finish in the beautiful sauna with preferred aromas. The house is located at the city's great church and 1.5 km from here, you can walk the nicest routes in the forest.

The log house is located in scenic surroundings just outside Hinnerup. It is part of the Lynet Society and Course Center, which is a small family run company that hosts parties, conferences and events, but also has hotel rooms and this log house for rent. The log house is the perfect home for the family or company who wants to stay in a nice house in the middle of beautiful nature. The log house is on two levels and in addition to a large living room and kitchen, 5 rooms with 12 sleeping places.

The decor is kid-friendly with baby equipment, changing place, and play corner in our open kitchen living room. Outside, there's plenty of room for play, ball, and cozy on the patio. The property is located 18 km from Aarhus city center. Close to the beach and nature and a maximum of 45 min drive to Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park and Kattegat Center. 1 km to shopping and 200 m to bus 12 and 16

Dejlig lys villa med masser af plads både ude og inde. Huset er placeret max 10 min. gågang fra lækker børnevenlig badestrand og i cykelafstand fra skov og Aarhus midtby. Huset er indrettet med en dobbeltseng i soveværelset. 140 cm bred seng på drengeværelset. Enkeltseng på pigeværelset. To sovepladser i hule med indgang fra kontoret, hvor en enkeltseng ligeledes er placeret. Vi har tilmeld mulighed for at oprede to madrasser med topmadrasser på gulv samt opstille en weekendseng til baby.

Lovely, bright villa close to Gudenåen, Langå Egeskov and the city center. Two double rooms, a single room and an office, two bright living rooms and a lovely kitchen with dining area - as well as two bathrooms, one even with a bathtub. The villa is surrounded by a large garden where you can play and stay all day long. And Langås Stadium is just across the hedge. It is only an 8 minute walk to Langå city center and the station, from where the train ride to Aarhus C just takes 26 minutes.
